Temp power removed?

I remember there being a temp power, may have been an Arena or PVP zone power, that when you activated it, the animation was you pulling up a holo screen from your wrist and typing on it. Anyone know what I'm referring to?

WAIT! I 'member now. It was a temp power that increased perception, and showed a red HUD in front of your face. I think it was a PVP zone power

Ok this is what I was thinking of. Seems it's no longer available in Siren's Call, I just helped win the zone for the heroes and it didn't show up. The dev's need to put it in the costume creator if they're not going to do anything with it

Not a temp power, but Surveillance also does it.

Sounds like you're talking about the IR Goggles temp power which was a Siren's Call power.  If you still want it you can also get it as a bonus from Mayhem/Safeguard missions as a random reward from the weapons deal side missions.  Lots of things to pull from there though so it may take several tries to get it.
