I'm returning to CoH after quite a long layoff. How do I recover my in game account name and password?

If you had a different forum account you'll need to get logged into it and use the same link.  This link is also available in the bar at the top of the forum "Game Account".

From LIVE you cannot. 

 

However... quality of life on Homecoming servers is much better, and there are plenty of generous rich folks to get you the STARTER items that really help you re-learn, refresh your memory, or whatever. There are also really good starting content to help you skip the early game where you only have 2 or 3 attacks and die over and over. Ask for DFB (Death From Below) when you first get on. Personally, I do that then Hollows, or more often do DFB a few times then at 20 start on Striga Isle. Just ask for help! And have fun.
