back when Cosmic Council was thriving we did weekly ITF challenges, Certain ATs vs other ATs.  We regularly (all teams) hit 12 min averages.  Some were worse...some better.  The true speedsters in the group had an obscenely low complete time on ITF (5 or 6 min?) as they did for many many TF/SF/Trials

Broke 9 min a few times this week with some random PUGs.

I feel like I'd still be back at the Police Station while those teams were fighting Clamor. 😲

I find the Yin TF to be extremely variable because of the Freaks/Council that can rez/go untouchable.

 

I've duo-ed it well under 10 minutes with a couple of Blasters, our key was to split up and nuke necessary enemies.
