Missed the anniversary event last year (was ill but sorted now) and am wondering if the above are still getable?

Am aware of this years Mafiosa and Skull Killer and will get those when they start.

Yes (once the event proper starts and the capsules start spawning)

All up to date with the event badges, the Family one seemed to take longest as spawns of them were a bit sparse. Did them all in PI solo.

I found this kind of funny, but I guess this is like the Winter Event and some players are going to open things and run off when they don't want to fight a spawn they created.
