Starhammer Posted June 23 Posted June 23 So in light of all the sparkly sparkle spark new characters, could we get a version of the Sparkles aura as a path aura? 1
Greycat Posted June 23 Posted June 23 Way too overpowered. 😉 1 Kheldian Lore and Backstory Guide 2.0: HC edition Out to EAT : A look at Epic ATs - what is, could have been, and never was Want 20 merits? Got a couple of minutes? Mini guide to the Combat Attributes window
Psyonico Posted June 23 Posted June 23 There is a firework aura… i don’t see why something like Incendiary Aura’s graphics couldn’t be ported to a path aura though. What this team needs is more Defenders
arcane Posted June 23 Posted June 23 If it’s a toggle power’s animation it’s not appropriate to turn it into a costume aura IMO. Maybe could be a T3 Prismatic effect. 1

Fine, then my opinion is the devs should spend extra time to create a brand new animation that is a path aura with fireworks. What this team needs is more Defenders

Incendiary Aura does the job well enough on a pyrotech character, but is still a bit heavy compared to Sparkles. Also, the Sparkles path aura would be of potential value to all characters, rather than limited to those who take a certain powerset. If Incendiary Aura's fx were added it would be as a Tier 3 costume effect bought with Prismatics. (I was told that's how the Excelsion personal force field would (probably) come that way in page 3)
