It has been for a few days.  ATC's usual announcement with BadgeSetList also updated.  (Plus more stuff, see thread)

Yeah, it's a quick download and swap the new .pigg file for the old one.

never that is easy for me.  but i berated the machine into doing its task and got the update, and my badges.

I did that, and I still see the old Kallisti map.

I had the same problem a few days ago. Go check the VidiotMaps thread on this forum (my posts are on the last page) and see if your issue was the same as mine.

You may have to delete the old /MAPS directories. I was using Tequila and then switched to the HC launcher and that worked for me

I am ising the fancy add on but… it did not automatically grab the new map.  So i went in and told it to use standard vidiot map add on and loud glowie. (Both i supposedly had already). And they showed up.
