See, I had just enhanced one of my chars and I just now realized that the enhancements I used have disappeared from my char but they're not back in SG base. Has this happened to more ppl? Is there anything being done. I got the base container logs... but that's about it.

Just anecdotally, and I can't say definitively this is what happened in your case, but I'll have what I call a display lag. Happens to me when I'm in my base and unslotting an enhancement or three, or making ATOs or winter-Os superior. The enhancement that I pull out will not be in my tray, nor will it be in the power I pulled it out of. And sometimes, it's both in my tray and in the power I pulled it out of. 

When this happens, I just stop. I go to pocket D or RWZ and then things go back to normal. Something in my base seems to gum things up, so I try not to do too much stuff in there, except stash and pick up enhancements, or just pass through a portal.

Definitely not my case. I logged way later on after being mapservered when the server went down and even did a Yin TF. After the Yin, went to lvl up and, that's where I found out all my enhancement slots were empty so went to the enhancement container in base and they were not there either. Sent a petition and just a minute ago, sent them the list of enhancements lost as per the container log, since I was asked to give them an estimate of what I lost, so I thought better to give exactly what I lost.

I would go to Ms Liberty and select "choose my active build" to see if you got switched to build 2. Just a thought.

If not switched, switch it then switch it back to see if it will restore the enhancements.

Again, I appreciate all attempts to help me or justify what happened, chalking it as "shit happens" but, again, it is not the case. There is no second build, if there was a second build, I would not have any powers selected much less slots allocated.

 

Unfortunately, all the repsonses I am getting are not from the people who should issue them, so, for the time being, I just have been ripped off a shitload of enhancements and nobody seems to be doing anything.

 

Not sure this is the way things should be handled down being a NCSOft authorized (or however you want to call it) server, unless it just a cosmetic issue that really holds no relevance whatsoever.

Does sound annoying.   I assume you sent a support request in?   (Tagging on a thread not about the specific issue probably won't get the same results)

See #14.  It's not the first time it happened, and it won't be the last. 

 

It isn't fun to lose stuff, I know.  But it isn't personal either.  All we can tell you is this isn't widespread.

Yes I did, got an email saying "I cannot promise you anything, but do you have an estimate of what you lost in the process? (Enhancements, Influence)" and sent them the full list of what I lost. Since then, 2 days ago, radio silence.

It's not being ignored. There are only a handful of people at the top who can actually do anything so it's in their hands.
