I am loving the theme but I am struggling to put together a build, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok I threw this together this will soft cap you smash/lethal defense and get you close on s/l resistance

 

I am assuming you are going to use the attack vitals combo since it makes the most since on ablating if you want to take it up a notch you can put the purple set in that one. I am not sure you need Hasten you may be able to drop it and free up some slots

 

There is some wiggle on some of the IO's and the build on swapping out powers etc. I am relying on acrobatics and one IO for your kb protection this is not fully fleshed out just going of memory of db builds and  my dark armor days and may at least help and you could maybe be use it as a base and tweak the build

Here's the build I made

 

Near Perma hasten

Softcapped S/L/M, 41% F/C, and 37% AOE defense

Resists: capped S/L, 74.6% (capped) Psionics, 42% E 66% N, 74.2% F/C, 35% Toxic

Conserve power for attack chains against sustained targets (AV/Bosses) so that you really don't run out of end much

Has SS travel power

Can "stealth" missions

Gaussian's proc in Tactics so it fires off pretty often (nice 100% bonuses)

Ablative Strike and Sweeping Strike are socketed with -res procs so the DPS on this is actually pretty great, has Critical Strikes ATO in the aura so it constantly goes off far more than 1 PPM and effortlessly.

Looks like a solid build  but where is your KB Protection? just making an observation.

This is the build I had planned, I never take Hasten on DA chars for concept reasons. I ended up shelving the char since Broad Sword and especially katana have mroe synergy imho because of the -def that really helps Death Shroud, Oppressive Gloom and definitely Cloak of Fear to kick in and boost your survivability. I would move a slot from stam to health and put a panacea in it, then put another perf shifter in stam.  that will have a higher net ammount of stamina over time then just the 3 in stamina.

I wouldn't, health does not need two slots. Having +HP is always handy but not at the price of gimping the build. Not saying it wouldn't work, I'm saying I don't really need to find out just to allocate a panacea, from personal experience with very similar builds, the endurance management is ok and despite not reaching 1800 hp which is a landmark I always aim for on scrappers for no particular reason, 1767 HP wtith accolades is close enough for me to be happy with the total HP of the build.

It's not gimping the build. You have 3.12 EPS recovery shown. However, the Performance shifter in Physical perfection is worth another 0.25 EPS, so 3.37 EPS. After the swap, it shows 2.89 EPS recovery. But now you have two performance shifters for 0.5 EPS (3.39 EPS) plus... I forget how much Panacea contributes, but in any case, the build has more endurance recovery on average, and now also a small random heal now and then. It's not a major change, but it's not worse in any way, unless you consider random recovery worse than guaranteed recovery. I suppose in a way it is, so you could argue on those grounds, but I don't think that's what you were arguing.

What I am saying is over time 2 Perf shifters, an end mod in stamina, and the panacea proc equals more end than just the 3 end mods, all with the same number of slots.  it would also mean a negligable but still there 7.5% movement speed buff for what that is worth if you use the end mod in perf shift for 2 piece set bonus. 

 

I forgot to add, I believe Panacea is .75 end/sec.  I think it is 150% of perf shifter but I might not be remembering that correct.  I do know it is worth more than Perf shifter though.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the listed PPM is as stated when used in a toggle, and it's only in click powers and attacks that things get complex? Panacea is 3PPM 7.5% endurance. I believe that's of base endurance, so 7.5 endurance 3 times per minute = 0.375 EPS recovery on average if my assumptions are correct.

What I was saying is that the build does not need it, I'm sure it works and all that but since the build does not need it, I am not inclined to test and I would save the inf / enhcs for maybe another char but it is always good for the OP to know they have options.
