sushiloving123 Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Tried slotting this into Rise of the Phoenix and it does not seem to be working? Can anyone else confirm this? That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die.
nihilii Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 It should work when you activate RotP, as in, it will have a 90% chance to proc once and only once when you click RotP. It's definitely much better in a passive like Health. 1
HelenCarnate Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Of the healing unique IOs only the absorb one does not require you to use the power in order for it to work. All others should be put in something that is always on like health. 1

The absorb unique's description made it LOOK like it would be safe to put it in a heal instead of in a passive, but given how the rest work, I was afraid to try.
HelenCarnate Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 I have that one in my heal on fire brutes and it normally goes off when my hp starts getting low before I use the heal. So can confirm it is working the way it says it should.
Scrapulous Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Same here. Slotted in Healing Flames, but acts exactly the way the proc description says: i.e. small chance to fire periodically until you get to very low health, then guaranteed chance to fire. I have never seen it fire when I activated Healing Flames. This is convenient because the six piece bonus of the set is very nice and can give you a big recharge bonus when you're saturated with 10%, 5%, and 7.5% bonuses. Scrap
