Tequila not finding the Manifest Server

I have been getting this all night trying to connect to the game.

 

I attempt to connect, and it doesn't detect the manifest server. I know I have the correct manifest information. It just times out trying to connect to it.

After I rebooted my computer it fixed this problem.  I also have a windows update downloading in the background and I am on hotspot so now I am stuck downloading a patch super slowly lol....hope you get it working!

Rebooting hasn't done jack diddly. Thanks for the well wishes, at least.

Did you try revalidating?  Or will it let you open options?

You might look at your .Net framework I was having the same problem and that is what was causing it for me.  All my other online games worked fine. this may not be your issue but it is worth looking at

I don't recall the rest of the conversation, but I've seen devs mention to those having issues communicating with the server to take the manifest URL and throw it in the browser. If it worked, then something on the device I believe. If not, then something network related I believe.
