I went through the Outbreak mission and as I was going along, taking down the contaminated I was thinking, "This is alright but there are very few people and it just feels like I am running on rails." Then I got the mission from Coyote and when I finished it he said, "Time to go to Atlas or Galaxy" I chose Atlas and the screen went dark and when it came up I am standing at the bottom of those stairs and the horns played for Atlas Park and it was awesome. I get frisson remembering it. And there were people and cars and I could stop a purse snatching and there was a group of thugs in an alleyway and I could bust em up. And I ran everywhere until someone told me there was a monorail.

*poofs into the room in a puff of silver smoke, singing* You ain't never had a .... Oh wait. Sorry bout that that. Well there was this time a long time ago when I was a lot more feathery and I started a thread by saying Good Morning. And I would pass out RP pamcakes and orange joos and the like and some people loved it and some people hated it. Also, most people were indifferent. I am pretty sure the Yoruba people in Africa were indifferent to it. *floats in midair Sometimes it went a little to far but mostly it was just fun and I hope that those who were in on it enjoyed themselves and were made happy by it. And that those who were annoyed by it weren't too annoyed and maybe got a desssert or something to make them feel better. *cross legs and floats upside down* Anyways, that's the only story I had to tell at the moment. I don't guess it has a moral except maybe, 'Drink More Ovaltine.' Cause that's really what it' all about. *poofs out of existence in a shower of silver sparkles*

I've done both. Made old heroes that I still wanted to play but I've also made new heroes and reworked some of the old ones with new powersets. Slavish devotion to the past is a Sith trait. Just sayin.

I mentioned on Help(Global) last night there should be a celebration of anthropomorphic characters. Bring out your catgirls, dogboys, minotaurs, lizardmen, Howard the Duck, and/or anything else you can think. Run costume contests in AP. Get Cape radio to participate. Make it the first Caturday of the month. Maybe in May or June. Someone should get on that.

Frisson from start to finish

I would probably be killed in my sleep so I'm not. :) That said, I am happy COH is back in some form so folks who missed it can play again. I know I had grown resigned that I might never get a chance to again. I am still looking forward to the supers successors but I am happy to roam around in COH again for sure.
