I recently came back from a 2.5-year hiatus. I have farming toons........back in 2021, it would be the case i'd put them on idle farming and they were fine. Now I do the same and there is a 50/50 chance they die when i return to my screen.......did something fundamentally change as far as the game mechanics that require me to re-configure my fire/spines farmer?
I love you guys, but that was alot of typing just to say "to save room for commons, uncommons, and purples" I don't think recipe room has ever been an issue for me. not to mention when you turn off those recipes...you're missing out on some lucrative rares.......granted they are few. but imagine how many lotg...you may have missed out on,
I didn't see anyone mention this but if they did, I apologize.......Converters are absolutely a great way to make money.....here are some general tips to save on crafting costs.....
1. Doest matter if you sell an IO at level 31 or level 50...they show up in the market as the same to whoever is buying it.....crafting a level 31 will weed out the weaker IO's when converting and the crafting costs are much more affordable.
2. This one I'm going off of memory so someone correct me if I am wrong.
If you want to get around the rare salvage cost...there are SOME rare IO sets that have a yellow in its set.......you can craft these with cheap salvage and then convert within the same set to get the rare counterparts in its respective set......and if you choose, once, you have that rare in hand....you can convert for a different rare out of set or a certain IO type which may prove to be more lucrative.
I'm pretty careful on the words I choose when making a post. Asking for Tips is a pretty broad question. Bionic Flee's response is a perfect example to that question on tips, and Kaizon's response by sending a link to the game's hard and soft caps was also a perfect response. As far as guides go, I was asking what section of the forums posts guides to builds and I would simply review the appropriate guide to whatever build I was contemplating. You missed the mark on what I was asking sir.
If this is in the wrong forum category, I apologize.... I first tried looking under the guides section but didn't see anything pinned as to what I'm looking for. So instead of hunting a guide down, I was wanting to know if there was any comprehensive guide in existence that gives tips on character builds as well as detailing all of the hard and soft caps to stats, procs. etc.
Thank you in advance.
It was my intention to have the old responses visible, so they could potentially impact public opinion. Someone may read an opinion someone had and change or modify theirs.
But now I’m sad because instead of people actually staying on topic, it’s become a discussion about Gatekeeping what people are posting.
If this forum were teeming with activity and my bumps were hindering people from more recent topics, I'd understand. But seeing how that's not the case, it doesn't really make sense to be irritated over something so mundane. Furthermore, I think for this particular topic, it's interesting to see the history of people's feelings on this if you're reading it for the first time. But that's just my opinion. If someone is upset I revived an old thread that's "them" problem.
Nice....one thing that never ceased to amaze me is the awesome community this game has. That being said,
Have there been any fundamental changes to quality of life or base building?
For all The sci-Fi peeps who want to give a feeling of our base being in space. Window patches that give an appearance of looking out into vast space of varying sizes.
This would be useful in creating things like an appearance of an actual working hangar bay to put the aircraft in or just windows in certain areas of your base to give it general appeal of immersion.
Wouldn’t have to be just open space either , open sky, shadow shard etc. something that gives the base some feeling of not just being an underground bunker .
Is that true you think if I prefer solo battle? I can tear down squishies quickly enough without dmg ench. Tanks seem to be a problem killing . Just wondering if slotted for damage would it make me better off?. I also know mez suppression Is a thing so I’m not sure if it’s worth slotting for maximum hold (especially when someone can just have a tray of BFs) I don’t know how much I can expect my damage to go up either .
