That said, both builds/vids I submitted met "scrapper" rules (which is what you are requesting) and both were in excess of 1200dps.
Doms can do truckloads of damage if permitted the opportunity.
4 digit dps doms are not uncommon and they can still be quite functional in game.
Another contributing factor is that these new pylons apparently don’t deal damage. Until I realized that, I assumed your Fire Imps actually surviving long enough to contribute DPS was some sort of test server hack. I guess they’ve made the pylon test that much easier.
Back when I was doing pylon runs on doms, Phantasm and Umbra Beast had no chance without Spirit Ward, and Fire Imps and Haunt had no chance at all.

Would be nice to see no Envenomed Daggers, Geas, etc this time. Every Dom time posted was a completely unrealistic eye-roller.

Patrol XP was a thematically-relevant middle ground that ticked all the boxes. It's now very rewarding to collect exploration badges as you travel the game world during your levelling journey. Significantly more rewarding than it used to be.
There are of course some corner cases where the benefit is "lost", but the amount of XP you gained beforehand was so tiny that we feel the trade-off is overall very worth it for the average player.
It’s a good change. The reward is orders of magnitude greater. Thank you.

I don’t understand why it’s a problem that players who don’t yet know how to make money are struggling to make money. This has been the case in every MMO I’ve played. You’re just supposed to learn.

So your idea is genuinely “Let’s make Psy Blast 2 and Mind Control 2”? Yeah I don’t think the devs are going to pick that up. They tend to create unique powersets, not tweaked copies.

Also, the value of one bar of patrol xp is so much greater than the former amount of xp that you could literally be capped when you get the vast majority of your badges and still derive a net benefit from the change.

Hard mode TF’s give great extra rewards. Ouro challenge settings do not (besides badges).

If possible, the rule should be something like: you can have two auto powers if neither is an attack.
That way, Doms, SR/Shield/Nins, SS with Rage etc could get the benefit, but afk farming wouldn’t be strengthened at all.

I like the Thunderstrike change. Elec Melee needed ST help more than it needed the AoE help.
