  1. Love and Thunder was faily good. I wouldn't call it a great movie.
  2. This thread needs more R&B
  3. Dungeons and Dragons: Wrath of the Dragon God is actually a pretty decent movie. Or at least I really liked it. The others...not so much.
  4. RIP (Again) Sue the Dinosaur 66 Million BC - 66 Million BC Oct 31st 2001-Oct 31st 2001
  5. I'd really like a faithful (and with a budget) adaptation of The Dresden Files. The SciFi series was good in it's own way but never lived up to the huge shadow the books cast over it. I do have the un-aired two hour pilot and trust me, the series we got was good compared to the special effects used to try and make a faithful Storm Front.
  6. I need that edit feature. If I didn't have it most of my posts would display just how many fingers I've broken over the years or how badly my wireless keyboard accepts interference from the alarm system on the shop next door. I have nothing to hide except
  7. I finished this one the other day, a great season but I had to explain that
  8. I had that same shade but lent it out it at an Evanescence concert. It's been in the wild ever since.
  9. That's what fighting way outside your weight class looks like. I wouldn't take on Vader without a dozen Jedi's using slash and retreat tactics to wear him down. And I'd still expect 30% or better losses. He was undefeated right until his sacrifice to take down the Emperor. Does that count as a spoiler? It's interesting that they decided to make the rest of it feature length because the first five episodes felt like they could have been a movie if cut together.
  10. Lightsaber fight was good. Vader fights like someone who is over 6' tall and 300 lbs and uses the Force to back that up like a hammer. It works really well for him.
  11. Soon all will be Hubble. Hubble knows all, sees all.
  12. You don't need to. All you need is the coordinates for one of the many mirrors they placed on the lunar surface and then have a high enough powered laser to bounce a beam back. They placed them there so we could observe the distance and position of the moon relative to the Earth.
  13. I don't know, a new AT based on a mishmash of wise men archtypes from all cultures sounds good on paper....wait. No it doesn't.
  14. Episodes 3&4 are were the action picks up. The first two were scene and plot establishment. Although the episodes do get shorter after that. 10 minutes of credits don't count.
  15. Season 3 is getting a little better. I think they just do too good of a job making you hate Homelander. I'm not sure if we're supposed to hate The Deep or not but coming down on that side for him too. It was pretty funny to see Jensen Ackles perform a very bad early 80's rap. Also good to see A-Train get a little character development with him not being able to use his speed too much. Even Black Noir is getting some character development this season. I still feel like some of the gratuitous scenes are little bit too gratuitous. I refuse to look but I can't help but feel like a certain scene was marketing.
  16. It was interesting to see super heroes in warfare combat treated with a sense of realism. I especially liked the wire-guided rocket blowing a super out of the sky. Otherwise this season is feeling a bit lackluster to me. Maybe I'm just too jaded to be actually shocked by anything these days. *shrugs*
