There's a character named Maximus so maybe we'll be seeing Caesar's Legions?

I'm going to withhold judgement until I actually see it.

That would be a great reveal for those not familiar with the game series. Possibly a let-down for those of us who are. Who knows, maybe even worthy of some genuine

The article author thinks it will release in fall 2023. I'm not quite that optimistic. I'm guessing Fall of 2024. As for the time period in the Fallout Universe that it will be set in it's anyone's guess. Mine is somewhere after Fallout76 which is 2102 to 2104 and before Fallout 3 which is 2277.

Not a lot of info out there at the moment but I'm hoping this will be good when it lands sometime in 2023 or 2024. The setting is iconic and it's good to see that it's going to make it to the screen.

I checked this out in-game and it's the same for me. Dark Embrace on my Brute pulses and fades even though I have the option set to No Pulse or Fade.

The Emissary of Shadows is about the only EB I ever struggled with. Veres only got me the first time, The Emissary usually gets me one or twice per character. But otherwise if EBs are too easy then step up to AVs.

That's not quite how Defiance 2.0 works. It allows a Blaster to use their 1st two Primary Powers and the first Secondary Power while mezzed and grants a stacking but short duration damage buff. The bonus granted is an individual buff per power with higher damage powers giving a higher bonus per buff that is all added together. It's like a mini Fury that lets Blasters work through mezz effects.

They should totally go full R with a Mace Windu movie. "I'm tired of these MFing Sith in my MFing temple!" Although Disney usually uses Touchstone to release R stuff.

I'm sure it's supposed to be Dastard of Faultline but ran afoul of the character limit for names.

It's about time someone did something with Willow. That was a great movie and equally great arcade game. Fantastic 4 keeps rising from the dead and falling on its face, I can't really get any hopes up about it.

If you go back and read the old Superman comics he couldn't fly or shoot lasers out of his eyes. He pretty much jumped around Metropolis and beat up on street thugs like it was King's Row.

Even on Live there were ways to get expensive IOs. I mostly earned my Unique IOs by taking advantage of the Hero Merit system. It took awhile yes, but it was possible to do it that way without ever needing a lot of Inf.

I could download and run the client and server software but I'd be missing out on the things added here, which has all been pretty damn good so far. Even if I don't always see things exactly the way the devs do. Plus the whole world would be empty. It's just be me and not playing in an empty world is a large reason why people like MMOs, even if they mostly solo in them.

Having a personal Super Group is a huge benefit through have a Supergroup Base. For one low low price of a little time spent and visiting City Hall you and all your can alts get: Salvage, Inspiration, and Enhancement Storage Access to Zone Teleporters A second Place to respawn that has all your stuff it in. Trainers, Enhancement Vendors, Nurses, Tailors, and Field Trainers Buff Stations Ouroboros Crystal Mission Computer (You can run all Tip missions that you have unlocked) If you like that sort of thing you can decorate the whole thing. Mine has a snackbar, rec rooms, and a mini-theater.
