Can we plz have REST also affect pets also on MM. IT would be helpful to have a way to heal pets in-between fights. not all pets have a way to heal themselves and not all secondary's have a heal thx

WHEN I used the term POWER HOUSE it was meant as some one who can stand toe to toe with the big bad and take the brunt of his attacks. WONDER WOMAN can do that, BATMAN cant period. NOW since so many are in favor of porting but acknowledge that rage is the problem here, let me ask you this. WHAT IS SUPER STRENGTH WITHOUT RAGE?? rage is what sets SS apart from all other sets.

I'm gonna have to disagree on this topic. SUPER STRENGTH should be reserved for the archetypal "POWER HOUSE" the likes of (hulk, thing, even wonder woman) but when its comes to scrappers they are the "SKILLED FIGHTER" no one fights better than (batman, captain America) ect. its also the same reason i dont want ninjitsu ported to tanks or brutes,..there shouldnt parity for all melee at. some uniqueness is a good thing.

When looking at a power and what procs to include, whats better dam. or -res. Does the type of attack (single, aoe) matter,.. I'm not talking proc% or chance, just dam. vs -res,...what helps me clear mobs faster. thoughts.

Can we please have ROF accept slow sets. its quite annoying to use ROF and have the mobs run away. OR remove the fear component. thx

How is that frozen armor for brute,tank,scapper,and sentinel doesnt accept RES. sets. Yet the controller and dominator versions do. Inquiring minds want to know.

One idea to solve all the problems would be to make it a toggle. just a consistent 300% regen with no stacking and 100% active. I would go for that

I think what you might be looking for is a SOLDIER OF ARACHNOS. You can set up 3 totally different builds or 2 hybrids. all build will have complete mez prot. and a lot of team support. The crabermind is a popular choices as it has 6? pets plus full support, brute lvl resistances and an awesome slate of attacks. I myself did a full team support soldier build that's quite fun. you should take a look. and good hunting

Don't forget glass and crystals can bend, reflect and diffuse (or split) LIGHT. With that in mind look at set that can mimic light,...ILLUSION CONTROLL,..RAD BLAST(recolored),.maybe SPINES, PEACEBRINGER is really close.

Thermal is (imo) best used on MM and TROLLERS,..sets were u have pets to use ur buffs on. I would also add that the debuffs are further effective when counting pets. As for the 2 debuff powers having overly long recharge, I agree Come to think on it,..the overly long recharge of CONSUME in FA,.. maybe fire sets had some dev hate way back in development.

If I'm not mistaken, when you have a hunt in a certain map, you can look for a radio mish and get your kills that way. Also note that if ur 3 radio mish dont have needed mobs you can change maps (go to different map then come back) to get get 3 totally new radio mish's. haven't done this trick in awhile, soooo good luck

I see no one has mentioned the secondary I chose for my necro. THERMAL it really is a great choice for to pair with necro.,, as I'm looking at my pets resistances,..they are zombies [ S86.5/L56.5 F79.9/C78.9 E58.7/NE88.8 P65.3/T65.3 ] pretty good imo. add to that 2 strong debuffs . I would also say the since the shields have huge 4min. duration it leaves you plenty of time to attack, and necro is a set the wants you to attack ALOT.

DOES power build up and or domination work on incarnate powers to increase duration or magnitude?

SO I started a FIRE/ICE, got him to 50 and really enjoying it. I have 90% global recharge 160 with hasten In my build I skipped flashfire, meaning that for the avg mob I use bonfire. That combined with all the slows I can lockdown full mobs, which brings me to my question. Cinders has a recharge of 58 sec. so can rely on that when I need it. If most of my control is soft "HOW IMPORTANT IS PERMADOM"

A set that has 1 or more of its attacks that have partial crits IE (STONE) maybe others, are the "LESS" on scrappers than brute? If energy melee on could only use 20% of fury there would be outrage and riots. so if the sets only get partial dam. from crits are they "LESS" THOUGHTS

So i was thinking of starting a new toon with EM, but with the total focus and energy transfer being only partial crit, is this set less on scrapper then a brute. what are the pros and cons,.of scrapper vs brute vs tank? rhoughts

You might look at ICE ARMOR,..its has an aoe slow the stack with spines slows an aoe dam. aura makeing that 2 in total easy to cap def. in S/M-E/NE and near endles END. It was an easy ride on my tank.

Unicron literally only showed 1 ranged attack the EYE BLAST. every thing else he did was all melee from eating planets and moons to attacking CyberTron. IMO tank is probably best AT to use,.as for power sets invulnerability and what ever attack set u want. also keep in mind incarnates might be able to fill in holes.
