  1. Go back and look at the combat log because i'm pretty sure there is 1911 damage on that log from freezing rain.
  2. So to clarify in my build. Quicksand is Proc'ing twice. Freezing rain is proc'ing ALOT. Earth quake is also proc'ing. Volcanic Gases is proc'ing There is evidence of all of this in the combat logs posted and the tests with Bopper. So my question is if all of the above is correct why is nobody taking advantage of all these facts except me ? I really hope these tests have changed your mind about what is actually going on with earth powers and you atleast think about slotting some procs in those powers because i really enjoy my build and like i've said before it's fantastic for herding and destroying large mobs.
  3. And also Freezing rain is proc'ing not just at the start either.
  4. my whole game plan is use 4 powers with 12 procs and kill the mob i herded and throw in other stuff if needed. It does work. From what i've read +recharge proc works better in AoE powers not single target like Lightning storm.
  5. My next question is does the +recharge proc still work with pseudopets and does it stack ? RE: Lightning storm
  6. I'm just glad it IS working 🙂 My whole build is built around large mobs and herding so that % will increase with larger mobs sizes.

  8. Quicksand is 1 recharge 1 Impeaded swiftness proc lvl 30. My toon has no Incarnate slots and is lvl 46 And if i can help out anymore i would be only glad to.

  10. Proc once placed and proced again. 1 application of quicksand Vs 5 crey Looks to be 10 secs apart Quicksand 1 recharge 1 impeaded swiftness proc no Incarnate.
  11. i can do some more tests and post logs if you wish. Basicly the quicksand tests were against 2-3 Npc's 1 application of quicksand was used.
  12. So far i'm seeing freezing rain proc at the start or during the power. Quicksand is procing (seen it proc twice during the length of its power with just 1 proc) Volcanic gases is procing like a monster. Earth Quake is the picky one. It is procing during it's life tho.(and is called ice slick)

  15. That proc'ed a few times unless i'm wrong. 1911.9 damage.
  16. right i've been testing a little and can see freezing rain either proc at the start (250 a few times) or during (a few 500+). Right now i do not know how to open any combat/damage windows and SNR is being bleh so yeah help on any combat logs with damage numbers would be awesome.
  17. I'm confused then. Your fomula says MRT = BaseRecharge / ( 1 + RechargeBoost_from_Enhancements_and_Alpha / 100 ) Also what is cast time in Probability to Proc = PPM * (MRT+ CastTime) / (60 * AreaMod) Is that the animation time ? Thanks

  20. Also i vaguely remember something about recharge procs not working with pets anymore just before the shutdown and i remember ripping out recharge procs from storm. So unless you can confirm 100% that recharge procs work in storm then i will go with what i know.
  21. You are dead wrong. I get a ton of mileage and damage from freezing rain. It's one of my most damaging powers. Same with VC and quake. I can toss out VC,quicksand,freezing rain and i watch stuff just die. Or quake,quicksand and Stalagmites. And i use cages for extra procs. off the wiki It's base recharge time. If you have a single target attack slotted with a 2 ppm IO, the power would need to have a 30 second recharge to have a 100% proc chance. You could then IO it to ~100% recharge and combine that with 100% global recharge bonus to get the power's recharge down to 10 seconds, and it would still have that 100% proc chance. This is how all of the store-bought IO set procs work, as well as the ATO procs that are not global bonuses. Thats saying procs are based off of base recharge and adding recharge IO's dosn't effect the PPM Yes ?
