Instead of going all "caps lock" and trying to garner an audience on here. Did you reach out to the team and file a ticket to get a specific answer instead of speculation?
I get it you had an idea and it got quashed for not a good enough reason in your book because of a vague set of guidelines. Take it up with the people in charge.

I'd rather have harder content than longer content.

Poison's two main debuffs are primarily single target, with a half-strength debuff applied in an 8-foot radius. It can completely neuter several hard targets, but it's not well suited to debuffing an entire spawn in one shot. On the flip side, it can stack 65% -res, 56% -dmg and 49% -tohit with no cool-down. If you're playing Poison on a defender, you can skip the heal. I'm currently leveling a Poison/Sonic, which is pretty sick.
Yeah I should have made note that single hard targets its ok on. I still like traps better for that kind of fight.

Curious, what gives you that impression? In my experience, Poison and TA absolutely neuter hard targets, and in the case of TA, removes everything BUT the hard targets from the encounter. The only time I've seen poison be great is in pvp as a fast moving debuff set.
In pve I've really had no luck with them compared to other sets that buff, heal, etc in addition to the debuffs.
-
Traps...double or triple acid mortar.
Rad ftw
Cold, thermal, dark all strong.
Time, elec, son are ok. Psn and TA I think are overrated.

This would work so well for me theme-wise for my bases.
I usually go with the smallest footprint possible.
We already have a tp to base, maybe it could be modified to accommodate this idea?
I think it would work for everyone who actually wanted a physical location that they could call home.

I actually might do this build. I've been wanting to lvl a thugs mm for awhile and didn't want to do a set I've already done.
I think I only have cold, sonic, and thermal left.

I thought of this a while back, too. I really like the idea, but it seems like a more complex thing than I originally thought.
Apart from anything else, you've got the player choosing something in the gameworld - how is that manifest? My thought would be a special one-off temp power that costs X inf at the p2w person.
Also, imagine it's Halloween... trick or treaters are clicking your base door all day. Are you? When you do it, do you get teleported to your supergroup base instead?
Well remember some ToT doors don't work, plus how it's coded you still need a pass code to enter.
I'm sure the devs would know or have a better understanding how it could work. I just provide the suggestion.
-
The thought process on this is to give an added measure of realism to choose a door connected to some structure in game as your base.
Example, the Overlord badge an exploration badge in Grandville is on top of an Arachnos beach bunker.
I think going to the door as a normal click as to open would give the option to choose this as the entrance to "your" base if you so desire.
Obviously this couldn't be just any door as some are used for missions. But, still a vast majority of structures are unused so there would be alot to choose from.
Not only can they be exterior doors but, they can be interior ones too. Example an unused door in a police station or office building, sewer section, etc.

It's post-power-pick. EVERYTHING is on.
Turn off SuperSpeed, Burnout, and turn off the proc in Kick.
Also, make sure to get your Accolades.
You can turn off Tough if you really need it.
Also consider that I haven't set a Destiny power.
Ageless anyone?
It's tight. But that's why you have PETS.
You just sail all the additional attacks in when the opportunity (Hey! I've got FREE ENDURANCE just sitting here taking up space on my blue bar!) presents itself.Yeah I'm half a sleep and didn't even look at what was on.

Yep. Go run the Who Will Die? Part 4 SSA in St. Martial (the contact is Tyrka) at -1x3. Afterwards, congrats, you've obtained the Hero Slayer badge and unlocked Lord Schweinzer in Port Oakes who offers all nine Mayhem missions. Go in the mission, grab the exploration badge, get out, drop the mission, grab the next Mayhem mission, rinse, repeat. The whole thing (including Tyrka's story arc), takes about 45 minutes. Why anyone still runs the six Task Force Commander TFs for the accolade, I'll never know.
Yeah I knew about the one over on blueside but, not red. Much appreciated.
After all these years still learning stuff.

Am I really the first person to respond that they just go red side and get the invader badge?
And really, I'm only skipping Synapse and Numina. The others I'd run regardless of the accolade.
Isn't there a contact that unlocks them so you can just pop in grab the exploration badge and out again?

I use Pandas. They hide behind the blasters.
TFs go faster when you have a Panda on the team, and everyone smiles.
I'm just going to label your response as either on drugs or insane. Whatever floats your panda boat.😁
