Why not? Most plants and nature itself have a lot of thorns! Off the top of my head I know roses, mexican lime trees, and meyer lemon trees have them!

I've got my plant/nature troller; however, there are a lot of powersets that have plant or nature related powers. Off the top of my head, controllers and dominators have a primary powerset choice of plant control powers. Nature Affinity is a secondary power on controllers, defenders, masterminds, and corruptors. So, lots of different choices out there to pair with as your primary or secondary, or like me...both!
P.S. Thorns is okay to use too!

June 12th - The Crystal of Seraphina (Ice Mistral – Red Side (Founders Falls) – Level 35-40) - Turn the A/C down and let's get chilly in here! One of your powers must be cold, snow, or ice-related! Costumes to reflect your chilly powers.
June 19th - Thus Spoke the Reichsman (Barracuda – Red Side (Grandville) – Level 45-50) - Let's dress up as the frail elderly to trick the enemies into thinking we're weak, then kick their behinds!
June 26th - Terra Volta Respec #1 (Jane Hallaway – Blue Side (Terra Volta) – Level 24-33 AND Tree of Thorns Respec #1 (Sparcetriel – Red Side (Nerva Archipelago) – Level 24-33) – Double Trouble...All Def/Corr team! No duplicate powersets. Sign up with two different heroes/villains! (I'll make a separate post for this one to sign up EARLY!!!)

And check the level range of Silver Mantis, I believe she is a range higher, considering that Sharkhead is a lvl 20 zone. I mean, I wouldn't set foot in Sharkhead at lvl 15, LOL, that's why I'm questioning it. 😄
Thank you for the heads up! I have changed it to level 20-25! I'm not sure why I had it at a lower level. Eek!

OMG! How much fun was that 50's movie star theme? I love the creativity of this group each week and how everyone brings their own flair. Thanks for all the awesome pictures @Midnyte (congrats on your costume for Ocean Goddess!), @FrauleinMental, and @Bananiac! So sorry I didn't get next weeks TF up yesterday. We wound up going to two wineries and I was a wee bit tipsy when I came home. This resulted in a nice nap before and equally nice dinner that my hubby made with more wine 😄 I'm going to put up this coming week so you can get ready and then I'll be ruminating about June. Be prepared for another fun ride!

Awesome pics all! That was a tough one, but we made it through with badges and fun for all! Please remind me not to bring an all stalker team to a mish where we have to fight a lot of ambushes again 😄 Tee hee...Next week should be easier since it's costume only 🙂 We'll take a little more time to smash in the next one too. It was nice to have almost a full team again too...welcome back to @socom242and @Jaxman100! I hope ya'll can join the next one!

Hey @socom242We miss you too! Come hang out if you can. Just an FYI...your name does not have to reflect your favorite jewel...only your costume! I put Amethyst next to your name since that's a purple jewel; however, let me know what your favorite jewel is and what color your costume will be! This should be a quick SF so hopefully we'll get you back to your family ASAP :)

I say "Every rose has its thorn"...LOL...I just thought about it...my Spines/Fire Brute has thorns too! Who's the say we can't bend the rules a little and suspend some reality. 😄 I did say flowers and there are some flowers that have thorns! @Jaxman100 Does that help a little?
