They would be banned from Twitch and likely lose partner status and also it would be extremely random to do. Are you two actually unfamiliar with Twitch/partner system? Other Private Servers actually have done a promotion through twitch, Return of Reckoning being the most recent in mind. It's just allowing people who stream the game to promote your server while offering some kind of reward for watch time. So if i watch Moist play City of Heroes for 5 hours i'd get like 3 winter packs and then if you watch for 8 you get idk uh a hami-o. these are just examples. It's not actually that deep or a risk for HC much at all since it's common in the gaming space. that said- idk the terms of their deal what they can or cannot do or are even interested in doing. but if they did, it's pretty normal these days.

There's a ton of NPC's who give missions and also can open a vendor listing. So i don't quite understand what you're getting at

Removing pacify for a better power, and adding a -range to the taunt is pretty much the most agreed upon "fix" for presence's woes without doing too much, though i like a lot of what you've got going on here in terms of new IO sets. You'll never please everyone though. Sometimes you have to make the hard changes in spite of complaints. It's why EM is higher tier now.

They don't scream out in a lot of Arcs, many of the red-side ones i've done literally today the hostage was as silent as an empty void until i actually gained them as a follower. Bug or otherwise, changing this would be nice. +1 for any hostage/rescue improvements.

More hair options for hats would be cool, but my best guess is it's fairly low on the priority list. They absolutely can do it though. That said, a lot of the hairs aren't friendly to hats. Very unkempt and puffy and would be pretty time consuming to stuff under a hat.

Gadgetry and utility belt are unfinished set concepts for power pools from live. I like to sprinkle them into conversation every so often in hopes we get it going enough that there's interest. The list was more of a haha commonly suggested things that have 30 threads each, and my own idea I thought was a no that hopefully becomes one of the yes! It landed wrong and the adult thing to do was to apologize to someone you respect when you did something bad. I'm happy to report my own asks making it in, so people suggesting things is something we should protect more and encourage.
