  1. Eh, its fine where it is. power of hindsight after all, besides, getting a build up to that level of strength takes time, planning and a s***ton of farming to complete.
  2. Print turned out ok'ish. I want it larger and had initially had the print standing upright to use 20cm of height. But at some point during the night, a piece of support came off the bed and I woke up to a mess the following morning, so I made it smaller to fit laying down on the printing bed. I also changed the nozzle on the printer, but I believe this was a mistake, it now continuously leaks. despite the old nozzle being quite charred, I think it has to go back and I will order the correct piece. This one will do as a test print though. fairly clean, spikes on the armor did not adhere though and are missing, kinda odd, it actually stands up on its own and the tail did not break, so that's something.
  3. I don't mind individual sets having low accuracy, because normally during the course of a build I will end up with many global accuracy bonuses, so it works out pretty neatly in the end.
  4. Well, managed to pick myself up and started digging into this again. It is amazing how good the CoH model can look with a little subdivision surface modification! hehe. You can see an earlier render of this character a few posts up on this page. Wonder how that would look in game? I left the guns as is for now and applied the smoothness to everything else then used the sharpener. As per Leaper's advice I did test it in Cura doing a preview on the slice and the ears were mostly transparent which means trouble, so I used the extrude along surface tool on them and made them a touch bigger and that got it to clear. Test print tomorrow. I learned a lot on that one thank you! Also, an update to my Alastor print. Painting is NOT my thing but I think he's come along swimmingly and is almost finished.
  5. a regular human head without ears. you are restricted on what hair options you can chose if you are using different ears. skirts and shorts for monsterous legs. A larger colour pattern would be nice I could give more but those 3 I feel would be quite well used universally.
  6. The -damage and -defense stopped me from using the set completely as well. rerolled both characters i had and changed one to em and one to sj. ss just hold zero appeal in its current state
  7. Have also been on several failed 'triple threats' before it finally clicked. kudos. one of the harder ones I suspect.
  8. On characters without natural defense toggles, I will often just build to about 30% odd, that way they can be a small purple away from softcap, or perhaps some other click power like support core hybrid.
  9. Not really a room, but a very small outside map, lots of rubble, during the Black Scorpion patron Arc. There is one spot, where you look in one direction, I can get an RTX4090 down to sub 20fps. There is something in that area that is just not working right. lol.
  10. Yep, modem and router have both had their arse kicked, this is happening on multiple pc's here. speed tests and browsing are fine.

The missus and I have had weird issues lately, one moment all is clear and fine, the next, bam reds galore, sometimes switching zones brings it on, other times it gets rid of it, like its zone or mission specific. Screenshot is inside 'Investigate Warrior Earth' *edit* Just now ... with that netgraph, I oro'ed out, and its perfectly clear in oro, its also clear in atlas.
  12. Yeah gotta admit, an axe scrapper sounded intriguing. regardless, i do not feel these changes will do much to what was always a kinda fun set to play.
  13. if you know what you are doing, you can get updated files through github. I did grab their latest one to look at a couple of things, but ultimately i'd wait for the official build.
  14. I put it lower because kinetic offered smashing/nrg, where as axe was all lethal. something i have avoided ever since.

  16. Client side high res texture pack and enhancement. Move CoH into next gen visually while keeping the same great playability
  17. Don't know if Axe melee was ever 'potentially too good'. its the most heavily resisted damage type, and hard on endurance, and before the changes, the worst performing set available. Disappointed Peacebringers have still not been looked at.
  18. Yeah, more bad luck for me. Ignoring the PC shenanigans, just yesterday we came off the highway in bad weather and damaged the car, and since I am no longer working, it is going to take a VERY long time to catch up. I already took out a loan to get the car repaired and now I need more, and I just cant.
  19. Been out of the loop for a while! Hello again 🙂 . I was unable to use my printer for a while (we's poor, couldn't buy filament). I am back but I have 2 projects I am currently working on and when they're done, I'll finally do a couple of final prints of my city of heroes characters. Many thanks again to Leeper48 for all their hard work and assistance, that has actually lead me using blender a little bit, something I never saw coming. Anyway, my current 2 models... Alastor, the radio demon from Hazbin Hotel and The Doom Slayer from Doom Eternal... Considering one is a demon and the other is a demon slayer... I hope they stay amicable 😛 . Both of them are roughly a foot tall.
  20. I did these a little while ago. I kinda stepped back from all this stuff and forgot to post my progress. This one even stands up on its own because of the tail. haha. I have got a hold of some more paints and have changed to a white filament, so I may try and paint one next, even though I'm shocking when it comes to anything artistic. 🙂 Thank you once again Leeper, you're help has been greatly appreciated 🙂

  23. I crash whenever I bring any character into Pocket D and the only way to escape is to use the monitor base porter power to get out of there.
  24. I used -useTexEnvCombine in the launcher to grab a couple of model files for 3D printing. After exiting I removed the command and loaded up again, but after 2 or 3 seconds, the game crashes no matter what I do. I have set graphics back to ultra preset but it didn't do anything. I even deleted the install and reinstalled it via the launcher. It still instantly crashes. This only seems to be in Pocket D
