  1. My oldest character that I had on the live servers re-imagined as an EM/Shield Scrapper. The original Patriot created in 2004, was a Broadsword/Regen Scrapper. A clone from the Revenant Hero Project who's DNA is rumored to be sourced from a tiny recovered sample of Marcus Cole's blood.
  2. ...but it's an earned Accolade, since when are earned Accolades disabled under challenge conditions?
  3. I mean, according to Jimmy and a few others, LRT is the new Pocket D VIP pass so it makes sense for Pocket D to be unlocked automatically by default...
  4. Final question... and then you'll see where I'm going with this... Since it is technically an Accolade, does Long Range Teleporter and its 'Supergroup passcode' function work on 'Master of' challenge TFs?
  5. So do you have to be within 45" of a supergroup portal for the Enter Supergroup Passcode option on the LRT to function?
  6. Yeah. I would say the Mercy Island red is a better starting off point. It could always be tweaked from there. But to be fair, it's a very minor nitpick, and if it remained how it is in the OP I'm sure I would eventually get used to it.
  7. Any chance the red zones in the list could be made a slight (very slight) shade more red? They appear to be a bit more of a burnt orange currently.
  8. I can't say rather or not if they behaved like that back on live, but I do know that they've behaved like that since the HC servers came online.
  9. I didn't have trouble soft capping S/L on an i27 Archery/TA Blaster...
  10. Can confirm, yes. They do count twice. Just like Freakshow Tanks have always counted twice if they rez.
  11. Getting all of these new defeat badges won't take more than a dedicated afternoon and that's if you actively seek them out. I imagine obtaining them naturally through regular game play would take a lot longer, but badges are designed to be obtained naturally through many hours of game play, the intent is not for us to actively grind them. The playerbase chose that shortcut. I would also like to point out that there are a few badges that already exist with a 1000 kill count. Reformed which is from live and Terminator which is new, but even more of a grind because killable Citizens only show up in Mayhem missions.
  12. Let's not forget there's always the Nemesis Event. Plenty of Jaegers, Warhulks and Fake Nemesis to be had.
  13. I tested the same combo with an Archery toon. In addition to cycling between the Athletic Run and Ninja stance animations, with his bow drawn the character would also switch to the Katana ready stance, wielding the bow with both hands.
  14. Hey. I only test things to see if I can break them. No one ever said the things I test had to make sense. 🙂 EDIT: To clarify, Athletic Run with Ninja stance occasionally flickers back and forth between the two animations... However, if you draw a weapon... craziness ensues.
  15. You know what would soften the blow of these changes for me? A Nemesis Staff skin for Titan Weapons.
  16. Echo: Galaxy City isn't going anywhere. The only thing that is changing is we're losing access to the Galaxy City teleport base beacon. You can still access Echo: Galaxy City through the portal at the rear of Ouroboros, which is now accessible at level 1.
  17. If you start down that avenue, you might as well consolidate the Mission Transporter and Team Transporter, because just like Pocket D VIP pass and Long Range Teleporter are being compared. Mission Teleporter and Team Transporter do basically the same thing... or Base Transporter and Supergroup Portal for that matter.
  18. ...but it's not the same thing, no matter how you want to spin it. You are removing the Pocket D VIP pass and adding it's destination to the Long Range Teleporter. Two entirely different powers. Both of which existed together in the previous beta build. If, say you had other, more exciting plans for the Pocket D VIP pass planned for the future. I guess that would be a somewhat valid reason... but that doesn't seem to be the case here. The reason being provided is a chance to arbitrarily consolidate some options.
  19. I've already outline in my first response what it's missing, or rather the unnecessary steps that its added to the process. In the previous update both were able to coexist, and neither one was tied to the others cooldown, so it's not a code restriction. So what changed? Please provide a solid reason why Long Range Teleporter has to replace the Pocket D VIP pass. This really shouldn't bother me as much as it does... but it just does... maybe it's because a long long time ago I actually paid real money for the Pocket D VIP pass with the purchase of the Good Versus Evil Edition box set. In fact, I'm pretty sure I still have that box stashed away in storage.
  20. With the addition of the Fast Travel accolade, what was the harm in leaving the Pocket D VIP pass in?
  21. I don't like the removal of the Pocket D VIP pass. It's removal doesn't make sense to me. More options are always better, even if some of them seem redundant. The Pocket D VIP pass is one click and after the activation time you are teleported directly to Pocket D. Long Range Teleporter is one click and after the activation time you get a huge window with 30+ options. You then have to scroll through said massive list to find the Pocket D option. Hoping that you don't misclick and choose the wrong destination. Quality of Life changes are suppose to make things more simple, not more complicated.
