  1. It's tedious, but usually the method for reseting a flashback mission is to log out for a few minutes then log back in. If you only got 10, then one must have ran off, if I remember correctly the second wave of IPP will only spawn once the first wave is defeated in it's entirety.
  2. I've heard Piecemeal is going to be increasing the number of ambushes for that mission, but disregarding that for a moment. With that particular mission set to -1x8 you will get two ambushes of Incomplete Paragon Protectors consisting of 11 mobs each. That's a total of 22 for the single mission, which means 5 runs of the mission and not 10. However, any 'true' badger is going to reset the mission instead of repeating the entire arc 5 times. All that aside, I wouldn't count out the possibility that Incomplete Paragon Protectors show up some place else in the future.
  3. I would prefer to keep both Gymnastics and Combat Jumping active at the same time, as it provides both Immobilize and Knockback Protection at the cost of 2 powers.
  4. ...but 50 feet is not Melee range. Melee range is 7 feet.
  5. It was terrible foresight not to have a focused thread for every Blaster Secondary that was affected in this update. That said, I think the ENA change is being blown way out of proportion. The implication that the tier 1 of a Blaster secondary set is seen as such a 'core' power of the set, that any changes made to said power that are perceived as negative would therefore render the set 'unplayable' is a text book case of hyperbole.
  6. I think the To-hit is very much on theme. Imagine, if you will - You teleport in front of a mob catching him off guard. You have gained the element of surprise which translates to a temporary to-hit buff within in-game mechanics. There could be an argument made that constantly teleporting around could have a chance to cause confuse on mobs... but we certainly can't make Combat Teleport too good...
  7. The means to change a characters AT or powersets within a respec will NEVER happen. That is an unreasonable request.
  8. I've trying to wrap my head around the thought that people are unhappy with Tactical Arrow getting Oil Slick Arrow. While it's certainly not the same version available to Trick Arrow, it's still very much a great source of mitigation and added damage. I have an Archery/TA Blaster on HC and while he hasn't really been played all that much, I feel these changes are going to skyrocket him to top of my list of 'must play' alts. In fact, I threw together a quick Archery/TA build at 50 for him earlier on Brainstorm and was steamrolling through some +3x8 radios... It was magnificent!
  9. Has anyone been at all successful in getting the Gaussians proc to fire off while slotted in Combat Teleport? I would assume it's proc rate is based on the powers actual recharge, and not the insta-cast charges? I was unsuccessful in getting it to proc which was unfortunate...
  10. So I just logged onto my Archery/TA Blaster on Brainstorm, and am able to stack Gymnastics and Combat Jumping...
  11. The biggest impact of this change is waltzing into the Hollows at level 5 already decked out in SOs. Frostfire runs are going to be amazing!
  12. You're misunderstanding. The new system will allow you to boost your slotted SO enhancement to +3 of your current level. Once you hit 50, if you would continue to slot SOs, level 51, 52 and 53 enhancements would still exist as drops. Plus you can return to any store that sells your origin specific enhancements and upgrade your level 50 enhancements the old-fashioned way up to 53 if you so choose.
  13. That's not an option for me. I already used my one global name change to correct the mistake of not recreating my namesake as my first character on Homecoming.
  14. The Preventive Medicine proc will only affect you (the caster). The good news in regards to this is it doesn't matter where you slot it. It acts as a global proc. As long as its required criteria is met and your health has dropped below 75% it will have a chance to fire off.

  18. This whole base is brilliant! The hidden area(s) before the medbay are especially amazing. I just really love the atmosphere and feel of them. The concept is so far outside of what you would expect in CoH. It's just so great. Well done! I hope you realize many people are going to borrow this idea. Myself included. 🙂

  21. So THIS is the reason behind Speed of Sound and Jaunt making it into this update. It all makes sense now! In all seriousness, this is mildly annoying, but nothing to get worked up about.
  22. *Releases a major update where one of its 'features' is to be able to finally push Mastermind pets out of the way... A few hours later releases a April Fools update that activates an npc who follows you around, blocks doorways and cannot be moved or pushed out of the way.* Troll level: Expert
  23. Had an idea with the Cosmic Corsair hooks this morning and just ran with it. Ended up with a new alt.
