Even def/end/(whatever) hamios? Last I checked you can shove those where set items and other bits dont belong...

I have done ice defense to cap before. Currently though I am 15 (yay) and have two fundamental issues/questions... Basically I believe I suck until energy absorption and generic so level ios? Correct? Second, when slotting wet ice, do i slot _defense_ or _resist_ in increase the def debuff value. It says "+res def debuf" which implies to me that _resist_ slotting is what makes def debuff go up? Yay? Nay? Lastly, I forgot the enormous hole that is fire def, only slightly supported by some fire res. 😐 😐 😐

Stripping a toon is a one way street. You won't ever get it to fit the way it was should you choose to revisit it, and as implied above, you might take it back up months or years later and say hey, I _get_ this toon now, and its fun. I only recommend incomplete toons that cant function in the state they are currently are in and are missing critical components. I have found I end up going back to old toons and playing them after looking at the enh screen and saying hey, why did i like this? only to find _why i liked it_ and decide to just market more.

Trick here.... Shards are the cheapest, most economical way to get your entry level common incarnate powers. It is 12 shards for a common, vrs 60 threads.

Oh my god the synergy. The versatility. The craziness that is your bubble + tides + pool + storm cell all shoved together. Absolute madness. I noticed my power picks from /storm are a little different from others I have seen, but it works pretty awesome. I did not pick the stupid heal, because there is plenty of other soft control from fish/ to lay on top of /storm. I am a little disappointed in cat5. But the whole thing is damn flashy and fun. Moar fish please!

There are lots of interesting things you can do, like dropping enflame on something which does crazy +damagez of you are low on it.

I opened two super packs. I did not bother to check on the first one to see if they went into inventory, because you know? super pack? This morning (230 am est) I opened a second one, which said it dropped: Received Card: Reward Merits, Common, x25 Received Card: Brain Storm Ideas, Common, x20 Received Card: Enhancement Unslotter, Uncommon, x5 Received Card: Will of the Controller, Rare, x1 Received Card: Windfall, Very Rare, x1 However, NO ITEMS WENT TO INVENTORY. None! Neither did the other super pack which include 3 catalysts. What the hell? Anyone else seen this? I am a vig and was in cap when I purchased. This should have had zero to do with why the items would not have gone to inventory...

This a lot of hard work tidge! Looking interesting! It is definitely possible to burn enough end where maintaining a constant assault makes it iffy to last to a dom refill. Sadly, it is on what is probably my fav dom ever, which makes highly aggressive play with her like dancing on the edge of a knife. Intense but highly rewarding.

You need a LOT of global recharge to permadom. Generally enough to perma hasten. Extreme builds can make it without hasten, but those are pretty ultra extreme. Rather than worry about permadom, just figure out how they work in general. They aren't easy mode, but if you go 0/2,0/3 solo, or 2/1 solo, you can learn to effectively manage the mobs, controlling the situation enough to walk in and smash their face with fun like seismic smash or the goodness of psy assault which is CRAZY good on doms. Go drain psyche! Melee is the place you operate, whether by locking down from a distance and moving in, or just living in the mix to start with using a lot of soft control. Soft control is exceptionally useful because with the single target melee damage you can pump out (looking at you earth assault), you don't need to keep the guys occupied long to be safe.

You get quite a lot of damage out of your secondary melee... With hotfeet, you should be up close and real personal, giving you ease of action with your melee attacks for high damage. Slotting fire cages for damage probably isnt the best use of slots. Would put other things in there, not damage... Bonfire is tricky. If you slot sudden acceleration -kb, the proc rate on it drops a lot, but with fold space and some interesting techniques you can get by without messing with -kb modifying enhs, which means lots of damage. As a dom, you shouldn't be afraid to be in someones face. Martial pbaoes are decent enough filler, but you have imps! Imps imps imps...

Soft control. Fire/earth dom. Mudpots + hot feet. Seismic smash is your game winner. This is VERY HARD on the blue bar. VERY hard. Worth every bit of it,

Dunno how I just ended up here (fluke of flukeness!) Spousal abuse is a very serious matter, whoever may abuse (mutual domestic abuse is a thing too) whomever. While I understand it is meant in jest here, it is a horrifyingly insensitive and cruel thing to say, especially when some of the viewers may be victims of spousal (significant other (notsosignificant other)) abuse.
