  2. More LOL Brute EM/ElA 2:54 (Degen/Gloom) Same ST pylon time as my TW/ELA Brute. The attack chain is dumb simple. TF - BU - ET - GL - BS - TF - ET - GL - BS - ET repeat. Don't forget that Gloom and Dark Obliteration both do -TOHIT.
  3. I don't benefit from travel powers in combat, so they aren't ever a priority for me. I get around more then fine with ninja/athletic run and a jump/steam pack. My builds definitely aren't for everyone. That's for sure. Electric Armor moves around fast as eff in combat with CJ on. Combine LR with swift, sprint, and ninja/Athletic run and you are scooting around really fast. If you do a TW/Bio, which is a great combination, albeit a glass cannon, I'd figure out a way to get Shadow Meld in that build.
  4. Close. In the grand scheme of things for how I play? I don't care. If someone gets a 500k piece of salvage for 5inf (which has never happened to me)? They win. Good. I hate market PVP anyways. I literally GAVE away 100s of billions of inf on live because of it. This isn't even real money. I don't care.
  5. I like Broadsword. I did a few BS/BIO runs with a build...not something I'd venture out solo with. Honestly, I'm really confident I can whip something together that would be playable solo. But, until then... Scrapper BS/BIO 1:08 (Degen/Enflame/Melt Armor/RoF/Proc) This next build is pretty darn legit. If I didn't already have a BS/SD I already really enjoy I'd do this: Scrapper BS/EA 1:45 (Degen/Enflame/Melt Armor/RoF/Proc) HS - Hack - Dis- RoF BS is pretty darn consistent I am noticing.
  6. Crosspost: This thread inspired this experiment. Just ran an interesting data collection with my ELA/TW tanker and TW/ELE brute. Set at +4/x8. Just killed Council Empire in a repeatable mission where they mainly do SL damage. Timed them both to get to 5 bars of XP. Most groups had about two bosses. Brute is SL Res hard capped and SL defense soft capped. Tanker is SL Res hard capped and around 35% SL defense. Brute: 7:14 Tanker: 6:53 These times are way to close to account for RNG (and neither build is proc heavy anyways) since I did NOT do multiple runs for an average. These are brainless to kill mobs. No debuffs or very strong attacks. The tanker would easily excel anywhere else. Brutes need some real attention. *BTW, has anyone else noticed more runners and mobs hanging back out of melee since the last patch?

  8. I'll level like this. Triple box, afk-level. I'll go do chores or some other brainless task while I level a new shiny. I'm to lazy to list everything though. I'll list orange salvage for 5 inf and only keep the VRare and PVP recipe drops. Vendor everything else.

  13. Dominator Ill/Son 1:30 (Degen/Muscle/Sleet) Shriek - Scream - Shriek - Shout - Earsplitter - Ice Storm The focus was Shriek - Scream - Shriek - Shout to maximize -RES for the pets. I imagine any personal DPS contributions like ES would be a wasted cast time once your teammates hit a certain number (which wouldn't be many). I did a BS run with Lore out and got well under 30s. Just...silly. AFK-Dom (Perrma Dom without Hasten) Average. No outside buffs. Hybrid was NOT on. This took some playing around with to get the time down.

    I definitely want to see this. Thought about making one of these on Brainstorm to see how it goes. Don't forget that a Recovery Serum is cheap as dirt and super effective. Combined with Energize...well you see where this is going.

    The not soft-capping SL defense is bugging me. Pretty sure I can solve that puzzle with time. Anyways, here is my quick take on this awesome combo: This thing is so fast. Also, the Cim Day job gives another 15% recharge debuff resistance and 3% resistance to all damage types. Time Lord (Cim and Oro Day job Badge) gives another 10% recharge. This is WITHOUT Power Surge active. This is 187.5% recharge in game with Hasten active. When a FF proc activates it will go to 287.5 Add another 10 for the weakest part of Ageless and another 10 for TIme Lord....and lol. Alpha: Agility
  16. Electric Armor is way more a beast then people give it credit for. Way more. You can get some VERY high recharge and Lightning Reflexes also boosts your run speed. You will absolutely feel like a FAST BOI playing it. This is my current TW/ELE/GLOOM Brute. It is resistance capped (90%) to SLFCE. Defense soft capped to SL. 181% global recharge. 100% endurance/recovery debuff resistance. 55% recharge and speed debuff resistance. You can absolutely run the BM - RA - AoD - FT - RA - AoD - FT - RA chain with zero FF procs in this build.

TW is a VERY powerful primary still, it just requires a LOT of recharge for a good chain to work. It also requires a decent amount of proc management and very fast ability to pivot when things don't go ideally. DB is a very versatile set. If you have a lot of recharge then you can just do a 3 attack rotation (BF - AS - SS - Snipe/RoF). If not, the Empower chain is really good also (NS - AS - BF - SS - SNIPE)

  20. I have no clue if this is ideal, I slapped this together this morning before errands.: I can definitely see this build NOT needing to use Energy Punch as filler. It has....a lot of recharge. It does have Power Crash, Whirling Hands, and Ball Lightning. It has more than 12 KB protection when Practiced Brawler is active. I can definitely attest that EM/SD is a fun combo.
  21. I personally consider x/SR a good set. I'd be surprised the combo of EM/SR isn't good. I am curious how easy it would be to build for.
  22. I personally don't value AOE anywhere near as much as most people do in this game, and PC being a cone very much dissuaded me. Granted, I felt the same way about Crowd Control in War Mace and I am now a big believer. I'll toy with it on brainstorm to see. So, yes, I only use WH for AOE with the set for now. As for SR? I'd be surprised that isn't a very strong pairing with it. I don't have a heal for my EM/SD and I use ET all the time with ZERO negative effects. Food for thought. *Gave PC a serious go with my EM/ENA and...it wasn't exactly game changing. I do not foresee myself ever going out of my way to include this in my EM builds. I've only found one melee cone that isn't a part of my ST rotation that is worth it, and that's Crowd Control.

  24. Oh hey I totally missed that. I still have to scratch my head at only 20. The set needs way more then that.
  25. Obviously there is the 5pc 10% Recharge from most, but I like a lot of the purple bonuses for the massive 6% f/c resist and 15% accuracy. I know being procced out you sometimes don't get the ACC 4pc bonus, but it is an option if you don't completely proc the set out.
