  1. That's nice, but on my screen, the emote is still cancelled and so I have to redo it anyway.
  2. No you won't, you'll have to type the emote again. Source: I've been griefed during roleplay in pocket D five times in the past month, by someone who thought it would be cute to spam AoE buffs.
  3. Fix the Super Strength we already have, before even thinking about porting it elsewhere.
  4. The irony of this one from you, after you shat on me for saying the same about Statesman in your thread, is hella amusing.
  5. Lel XD You say that, but the Carnival Illusionists actually ~don't~ have any legs! Their dresses are like upside-down wineglasses wrapped in cloth and tied off at the rim of the glass. They don't even have little feet sticking out after you finish 'em off.
  6. Fair point. My favourite hairstyle is Shy, and it's so low-res. XD A newer, more modernized texture version of these older hairstyles would be great. And just to pre-empt the stupid assumptions of the DON'T EVER REMOVE ANYTHING!1!!11! crowd, this would result in: • 'Shy' ~ the same one we have now • 'Shy 2' ~ the same model, but with a texture quality and highlight pattern on par with styles like Serrated Sugar, Hard Candy and Beau Monde.
  7. My point is that having the corpse of Statesman offering TFs would be pretty weird.
  8. Statesman's dead.
  9. PvP in this game is bad, even by the standards of people who enjoy PvP. Lack of exclusive rewards is certainly not the reason people don't do much PvP in City of Heroes.
  10. The clockwork aren't just robots, they're the hive-mind psychic shards of a brain-jar creeper obsessed with Penelope Yin. How does taking over the Skulls' warehouse benefit them? I dunno, but the Clockwork King is a hundred kinds of crazy, so it doesn't particularly need to make sense.
  11. Just be careful not to accidentally enforce fading. I hate fading, I want all my windows opaque all the time, and I'll close and open the temporary ones myself. This game's code is a mess and shit breaks.
  12. I was gonna say, strafe-only has been my default control scheme across many games for years. Keyboard turning just gets in the way.
  13. I think the bigger problem here is using a computer from 2008 and thinking it's going to be able to run anything in 2024. Not gonna find much sympathy for ancient potato PCs still running a 32-bit OS for some unfathomable reason.
  14. What about the wild protagonist hair and the deck of trading cards in a belt holster? Sorry, that was (at least mostly) a joke. It would be really neat to have ancient Egyptian costume pieces, silly jokes about a certain card game anime or not! Maybe an alternate 'runes' aura with heiroglyphs instead?
  15. The really nice thing would be to add those to the tailor as alternate animations in the power customization dropdown. Along with the existing ;flypose# emotes, which are more classically superheroic.
  16. Yep, pretty much this.
  17. Deadpool is a pistols/regen sentinel with the ninja tools ancillary (for its katana attacks). Shame about the second katana, but it's the closest you'd get.
  18. As far as not having to re-select costume change emotes from the dropdown list in the costume window, you can make a bar of macros for each of your costume slots with this command: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Cce_(Slash_Command) The wiki page explains how to use it, and has a list of the names for all the costume change emotes you can use with it.
  19. But that's exactly what an "Advanced MSR" would be, in essence: an Incarnate-tier version of the MSR scenario, in an instance. Or something comparable to the 4-star TF's. Normal MSR (both instanced and overworld versions) wouldn't cease to exist or anything. The same league of lovably-silly randoes would still do the overworld MSR all the time, they've already shown that they love that scenario. I think your concern doesn't really hold water in this case.
  20. Waste of time. Extreme waste of time, and with the way the game's code is, extremely likely to end up bugging out XP gain for everyone. This was a bad idea the first time you made a thread about it, Rudra, and it's still a bad idea the sixth time.
  21. Ghost Widow's hairstyle. Even if you have to make it lock out long jackets and capes. Hair physics is the most wonderful thing.
  22. Could definitely stand to fix the bugginess with the text that goes into the window, though. Like how deleting double-spaced newlines will just, remove keyboard focus from the field. Or how two spacebars in a row causes the second spacebar to cost 6 characters because it gets replaced by ;&nbsp. Or how you can save a bio that has 1,000 characters, then open it back up to find it actually has 1400 characters, as the game client has doubled up on every spacebar you entered. Or how alt-code characters like • (bullet point), etc, also eat up multiple characters.
  23. Right now, there are two places to spend levels in Atlas Park, one centrally located for everyday access, and one at the midpoint of the zone story arc. This suggestion would reduce that to one place to spend levels. Objectively bad suggestion. /jranger.
  24. Just put your second one in your character's bio page.
  25. Would be a neat feature, especially it it came with a secondary in-world targeting square around the target-of-target. You know, how you target a player or an enemy and you get those little brackets around their model in-game, that are green for players, blue for many NPCs, or orange/yellow for enemies that aggro/don't, respectively? In the chaos of a Hamidon raid, it would be really nice to see which mitochondria the league's targeter has in their sights, so I can fly close enough to the right one. Oftentimes, they have one targeted, but position close to a different one, either due to the framerate drops caused by full leagues animating inside a giant particle effect, or other reasons.
