I had a theory until I saw this thread. It doesn't hold water now, lol. Theory was based on how one RL hour = 2 days in game. So if it started snowing in game, start the clock/calendar, then when it stops snowing in game stop the clock/calendar. Translate the time for RL comparison and see when in the RL calendar you are. But I didn't factor in what part(s) of the RL world you, or the devs, are in. Didn't factor in how it snows in AP but not other parts of the game, et al other factors. But like I said "didn't think it through." But I like the the theory 1 RL hr = 2 days in game time. But still that would put Paragon waay into the future compared to us. ANYway.

You mean like the way the Agents move in The Matrix? (Dodging bullets.) That's the thing, in-game they're moving THAT fast you can't see it. No device can record it, "faster than a speeding bullet," etc... (use your imagination). ANYway. I'd like to thank everyone that contributed with their knowledge and experience, good or bad. What I love about this game, the community acts like a small society helping each other. Corny but I'm reminded of the first Superman, Christopher Reeve, "No, sir. Don't Thank me, Warden. GOT IT! Thanks to HeroReborn I modified what he posted, tested it ingame, and success! /macro FRGE “tell $target, ++FORGE++.$$powexecname forge” Buffs team mate/player with Forge and tells them.

On HC Flavor of the Month threads spanning 1-50 across Brutes, Scrappers, Stalkers, and Tanks I see SR isn't too popular. (Nor Staff for that matter.) On Live I had a mid-40's Brute DM/SR, very survivable. I thought Super Reflexes was significantly better than average. True that it is a late bloomer but I prefer that. Are Staff and/or SR that bad and limiting? I think I know the answer to my question: the Dark Melee was like a crutch for any holes when combined with SR. But any feedback is welcome! TY in advance. Final Note: not a PLer.

Trying to replicate a macro I had on Live. Activates a power and also sends a /tell to the player. The /tell would say, "Granting you +FORTITUDE+" and said player gets Fortitude, one click. Being a /tell it's highlighted yellow and makes the signature beep.

This. But once you get there it makes it all worth it. I get bored with sets that bloom early.

Freakshow! Hard but not impossible, entertaining too. Like when the team enters the mish, someone says, "Who are those clowns?!?"

Zones I'm in... any/all of them. No bias. Even the Hallows. As I run I think what Travel power would fit best in this situation; Flight for cone damage, TP for speed, etc... I like Croata, especially at Halloween time. Spotting Nessie, silent, slow, but eerie. I like the scarred buildings in Boomtown, adds a tension you're not always safe here in the City. Just different/opposite to AP's look. I rarely go there b/c when I'm reminded of Boomtown I already out leveled it; exploration badges and screenshots. I think they should use it more IMHO.

I love playing Trollers. In the back of my mind I'm playing with the concepts/possibilities of FIRE/TIME. And maybe ILL/DARK.

Installed in C:\Games\CoH I don't seem to have a "Screenshots" folder. A Desktop Search for "Screenshots" just opens a generic internet window; still not what I need. I'll keep trying. TYVM!

I'm not sure if "Print Screen" is working. Where in the CoH folder might I find my screenshots?

Windows 10. i7 Dell, Gaming PC. Nvidia GTX 1660. 16GB RAM. 250GB SSD + 1TB HDD. Comes with WiFi. HP 23.8" Monitor, speakers built in. Haven't bought a gaming PC since 2005 and that WAS for CoH. It's like, "The more things change the more they stay the same."

I tried numerous things, thanks to the knowledge & advice of the above posts, but ...,"skip to the end," I'm getting a new computer. Me waiting to play CoX again...

Current machine: Windows 7, 64 bit, integrated onboard GMA 3000, processor 2.4 Ghz. (yay!). But after the tequila DL all I get is the theme music and solid black screen. What I was looking at: Windows 10, Nvidia GTX 1660, 3.4 Ghz quad core, 16GB RAM, 250SSD 1TB HDD. Plus it's a good "back to school" sale. Basically I would hate to invest in something good but overpowered and obsolete for CoH.

Greetings All, I started playing CoH early in 2005 and went all the way to the end. My current PC was never meant to play games; won't run tequila. I hear newer gaming PCs won't run "older games," but can I run CoH in 2019 on a brand new PC?

Windows 7. I just downloaded tequila late last night (8/22). I hear the music, but see the black screen too. Edit: digging deeper, it said my drivers are not up to date. According to intel.com they are. My opinion: I need a newer, better computer.
