  1. I like a lot of animations, but I’m going to focus on the ones I hate.

ice sword and Fire sword.  Hideous!  I can play Ice Melee without swords but I can’t play Fire Melee.  Some alternate animations would be welcomed.  Psionic swords and stone mallets are customizable enough to be useable.

anything with a flip built in.  I get it; a longer animation is necessary to justify a more puissant power.  But I cannot stand the flip on something like Ripper because it is completely extraneous to the power.  At least the spinnny staff break dancing animations seem justified.

  2. I made a concept build for a hover axe ninja scrapper.  Since the new pendulum is a 7' radius sphere with a 7' range, all you need to do is hover seven feet over the nearest target.  Since they bunch up underneath you that radius will hit everyone it can.  Axe Cyclone and Cleave cover that range as well.  so it works for safety and for bunching up mobs.

  3. Every seller needs a buyer.  For those paying attention, 5 merits will buy one booster, or 15 converters.  I would expect that the trading levels would approximate 15:1, and at 66,666 inf per converter, that's 1mm per booster.  That said, I can't recall the last time I paid that much for either one.  Sounds to me that there are a lot of people who switched from selling their merits as converters to selling their merits as boosters.  Now the question is:  what's the ongoing demand for either of these?  As a (semi-retired) marketer, I've bought literally millions of converters, and as a person with a bunch of tricked out 50s, I've probably bought between 1,000 and 10,000 boosters.

  4. Ice armor is one of my faves.  I’ve made a bunch of scrappers, but some particularly good synergies are battle axe, kinetic melee, psionic melee.

EDIT:  Battle axe because it gives you lots of recharge if you slot for it, Axe Cyclone brings them in, and Chilling Embrace keeps them there.  Kinetic Melee because you stack -damage.  Psionic Melee because you stack -recharge.  Chilling Embrace is a wicked good power.

  5. I think that whoever has made this their work is doing a good and generous thing.  Listen, I provide plenty of product, but I'm generally going to manage a healthy profit out of it.  Whoever has been managing this niche has been providing a really important service pretty much at break-even levels.  A hero marketer, who'd have thunk it?

  6. I'm not sure if you are referring to something else, but someone has been maintaining a pretty tight market on the proc for years.  Bidding in the low 3s and offering at or near 4.  It's super useful for all of us who want and need the procs to know there is reasonably priced supply available, and if you make them it's nice to know there is also a good bid out there for your product.  It's marginally profitable, but I would guess it requires a lot of daily maintenance.

  7. I always go with Cleave.  It's got a good proc rate, and if you are fighting three or more enemies it's practically guaranteed.  You get enough time for the proc to be active on the next attack, and possibly the next two if you choose wisely.

I also always skip Gash, even when levelling.

To straight up ask the question - why does everyone steer away from willpower? My main goal is staying alive in TFs and soloing missions (preferable+4x8 if possible). Would willpower do it or does it just completely drop off at 50?

I don't like it for two reasons:  1. it's boring; and 2. I don't find that it holds up well in high end content.
