Ok I've seen all three eps now and liked them.
SpoilerWish Clancy Brown were around a bit longer, but he seems to like showing up briefly to class up joints lately.
Not sure I'd have wanted either Runaways or New Mutants to be like this. But then I liked Runaways better than any MCU tv show so far, and was pleasantly surprised by New Mutants, which I was expecting to be more along the lines of what Morbius and the Venoms were.
Also how great is the name London Thor

SpoilerYes. One of the first of the new canon Thrawn books has time jumps between him working with Anakin and Padme and him later working with Vader. He, being Brainy Smurf, figures it out.
I've not read the second canon Thrawn trilogy but unless a lot of things are resolved there the Filoni Thrawn's motivations really seem different enough from the first trilogy as to feel like a different canon. Of course this is hardly the first inkling that FIloni is his own canon.

ep 7 was the first one that didn't drag for my hamster brain.
SpoilerFinally got to see Thrawn do some Thrawning. I'm thinking Ezra's done for after that last line. He's been out of the loop so doesn't understand basic police upcoming retirement dialogue rules.

At least we're getting a better picture of New Republic rankings - general gets 4 cherry sucrets, ensign? gets a single nyquil, child of general gets a marked out student or corporate ID ripped off its rightful owner's lanyard.

I snagged it for a few bucks having heard that it was good apart from some grindiness, which I can usually deal with. I rage quit it after searching around for the tutorial level for 10 minutes then getting bored during said tutorial. Sadly this was several days past the deadline for a steam refund. I may watch a yoobs of the story stuff one day.

SpoilerThe fledgling New Republic evidently gives their generals bubble packs of lozenges as signifiers of rank. Either that or Hera's just rocking some extra flair. Also I think Sabine's projector was a painted Viewmaster projector and until the buttons and twists worked I was convinced the map was a petanque ball. Props to the props department.

It managed to gross over a third of its production costs in the first weekend. I think that might count as a hit by DC standards

If there are only 10 available salvage it's either a display error or some jerk has hacked into yomo's bank account and we need to let the devs know to reseed.

Can always use merits to buy whatever you need if you want a more Walmarty experience. It's not the most bang for your buck use for them but it works.

Fortunata is a lot of fun. Pile enough recharge and you can be a claws scrap with both follow-up and build-up, a nuke, an aoe hold and a procced out dominate that's a single target hold and huge damage every few seconds. You can build to well over softcap but heavy defense debuffing mobs can still be an issue since resistance is lacking

Just finished Fall of the House of Usher on the Nettedflix. Thought it'd be one of those 15 minutes and nope out series but ended up really liking it. And is only the one season so no cancellation on a cliffhanger worries
