Which category is it in? Defeats? Gladiators?
Not sure!? It didn't occur to me to check that! I'll get a screenshot when I get home and post it!

I have a badge with nothing but question marks for a description. I have 85 of 100 done.
How do I figure out what it is?

I get the "no notification, but still received the badge" glitch from time to time. It happens anytime/anywhere. My guess is that the computer is "busy" when the notification goes through and "neglects" to post it.

One valentines badge is just a second chance at Snaptooth. He was previously available during the Winter Event.
- Toothbreaker
Toothbreaker is FAR easier to obtain during the Spring Event:
Spoiler1) Enter the mission and find the mission objective.
2) Wait for Snaptooth and minions to come to you.

In the Invention System Tutorial (redside) the contact Charles Ball uses an inconsistent term.
"Recipes have different Rarities as shown by the color of their name. Common are White, Uncommon are Yellow, Rare are Orange, and Ultra Rare are Purple"
-
The badge is obtained by completing the arc Time After Time. I checked the Ouro crystal (redside) and found it in the level 50 list! Neat! I didn't know the Patron arcs were in there, too! I'll definitely try that! Thanks!

According to the Paragon wiki, the Usurper badge is only awarded to the person who "calls it in" at the end of the last mission. In other words: only the team leader gets the badge.
https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Usurper_Badge
The latest information I can get about it is that this is still the way it works. Can this be fixed?

My rendition of the "evil alternate" was largely creative license:
1) Different hairdo
2) Goggles down
3) Different shoulder pads color
4) Cape different color
5) Different brooch color
6) Different gloves
7) Different belt and color
8. Different boots (I *love* the white boots!)
I did the same arc with some of my other costumes, too. I'm sure I'll run other toons, too!? And there be badges, too!

Did I mention "SPOILER WARNING!" If you're thinking of badging at level 25-29, then I suggest you come back later! Surely that's enough information to prevent you from being spoiled?

I skipped the hollows on my first char back to homecoming and I honestly am regretting that I did for this reason. Feels like I skipped something important and the character just feels incomplete.
Flashback is your friend.

I would like to see ALL of the CURRENT badges ADDED to the Paragon Wiki.
https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Badges
Or (a better suggestion,) I would like to see a Homecoming Wiki! I will be HAPPY to help keep it updated if someone would show me how (a simple, 30-min tutorial, if that.)

When I first read the subject line of this thread, a Beatles song started playing in my head.
And while typing this message, I became a poet and didn't know it!?

When I first heard the arguments about "fixing" the alignment "issues" I largely ignored them because I was still new to the game and still learning.
Now that I've played toons across the alignment spectrum, I think it's ok for me to make my own observations.
I think it's been mentioned that on Live, alignment was a tool to enforce an obsolete marketing strategy. However, I don't believe a "total overhaul" is necessary at all.
1) Geographic restrictions
Even before I had a better understanding of alignment I've always agreed that the geographic restrictions on alignment should be removed. If only for role-playing. As a hero, the Rogue Isles are EXACTLY the place I'm needed. And vice-versa. As a villain, Paragon City is the place to go for the best heists.
2) Team restrictions
I see no need to change this. To me, this correctly simulates the role-playing of enemies.
3) Contact restrictions
Just because a hero is able to TRAVEL to the Rogue Isles doesn't mean they can just talk to anyone. Arbiter Rein is just going to tell them to get lost (if they're lucky) when some do-gooder hero tries to learn Mu Mastery. So I see no need to change this either.
4) Etc. Did I miss anything?

I was doing the Shining Stars mission "Big Leagues" and was contacting Proton on the Security Intercom. On the very last page of the dialogue where Proton says "One last thing," the last sentence in the first paragraph has a word "cause" which should be spelled "caused."
Augh! The word is *not* misspelled! But it is! But it's not! But it is!?!? AUUGHHH! How do I define it?!?!?!?!
Oh, wait! "Typo!" It's a typo!
Yay!

Welcome back! Yay!
As far as the costume pieces, I've heard that all (or very nearly all) of the costume pieces that are available to players are unlocked for everyone at toon creation. I don't know what "very nearly all" would mean, though.
Have you tried Incarnates, yet? Of course, not! Wait until you start getting into THOSE!?? WOW!!!

I just started this mission and Mu'Vorkan is "twitching." Like the model is being re-rendered or something like that.

Thank you! Are there level 50+ enemies anywhere in the open area? It seems I've been ambushed before when I flew too low a few times!?
Edit: I found some 50+ near the mothership! Yay!

While I do see the number of people playing Excalibur declining (I haven't seen a "red" server status bar in a few months,) I suspect it's because people are migrating to other servers. During the time frame when the Excalibur server stopped showing red, the other servers have started showing a yellow server status.
I've seen players come and go since I started playing, but I haven't necessarily seen a real "decline" in the overall number. I make new friends all the time!?
But to my point: if anyone remembers the BBS game "Tradewars 2002" from back in the day (mid-to-late 80s,) you might be surprised to hear that it *still* has a dedicated community of old-timers. Sure, it's painfully small. But the fact that it still exists reassures me that CoH isn't about to "die" anytime soon (at least 30 years, if TW:2002 is any indication.)
So any arguments that say "do this or we're all gonna die" basically translates to "the sky is falling!"

Ok! Here it is. It's a Gladiator badge! Thanks for the suggestion! Can anyone guess what it could be?
