Nope. No Candy Canes there.
Edit: found one! ArcID #5930

Does anyone know which AE mission offers Winter Horde enemies?
-
It's all explained here:
- 1
-
However it's implemented, please make the option for the player to turn off power effects for their own perspective of their toon...?
In other words: the player can't see their own toon's power effects but everyone else can.
-
On the Mind/Psy/Psy I find that perma-Domination can be achieved comfortably at 110% global recharge. This is done with Domination on auto-fire and a little management of the Hasten power. I haven't gotten beyond 110% yet... 😞
-
I think the ancient expression "to beat hotfeet" can be interpreted as running away very fast.
-
For people who don't want to participate in Incarnate content.
Edit: Which also gives me an idea about Incarnate salvage (edited in OP.)
-
Yes. I turned off exp for the first option and set the second option to no exp/double infl. And I still accumulated Incarnate exp.
-
Can an option be added in the Menu > Options > General tab > Misc section that toggles Incarnate exp on/off the same way regular exp is?
Edit: Can we also have a feature at the P2W agent to turn off all Incarnate salvage (similar to turning off drops?)

it’s much more cost effective to buy the regular attuned and use a catalyst to make it superior .
Why is that?

Did someone say Gravity Control/Time Manipulation/Primal Forces Mastery?
I used the proc-monster build and WOW!
-
Sorry! Didn't get a notification of your reply!?
They probably already had the badge from a previous banners event.
-
I'm building the Gravity Control/Time Manipulation/Primal Forces Mastery proc monster. In the build, the only Incarnate power shown is Intuition Radial Paragon.
What other Incarnate powers should I get?
Thank you for the build! It works amazingly!

Click-bait?! My OP was informative for new players (like myself) who are unfamiliar with the Winter event! So, there! Lol!
I want to collect the candy canes salvage, but I don't know which AE mission my group participated in to get 'em!
-
That must be it! I was doing AE missions (not farming) with my SG yesterday!

On your powers tray, click the "Combat attributes" link, then from the resulting menu that comes up, right click any attribute you want to track and choose that option. It''l then show up as a mini menu/window on your main screen, which you can move to wherever you want.
That doesn't work for tracking influence.

I found two Candy Cane salvage. Someone told me that Candy Cane salvage is not possible right now, even though Candy Keeper is currently located across the street from Ms. Liberty.
What happened?

By having it displayed next to the health bar or soemthing.
-
On the toon select screen, can we have more information available? Maybe a pop-up that shows the toon's stats or something?
In-game, can we have an easier way to see how much infl a toon currently has?
-
The Broadcast spamming in Atlas Park is what prompted me to start learning to separate my tabs.
LFG has it's own tab. Broadcast has it's own tab. The alleged "Help" channel has it's own tab. The Consignment House has it's own tab, but I shortened the name to "Auction" so it would fit. NPC is another channel. Rewards is a channel. I took these things out of Global so that what happens in Global stays in Global.
I also have a tab called "Raids" which includes the Team, Local, League, Request, and PM channels. I use that channel for Hami and MSR.

And not gonna bother. If it was like 20 or fewer, I don't mind. I did the first halloween event on live but second was a drag by the time Villans came out. 23 sers of clicking on doors on my stalker, ended up only giving 1 set out as nobody was interested ; person was in a another time zone in Australia if I remember correctly since they were a day ahead.
tl;dr - Tired of the grind for useless items, to old for that shit. I know its optional but it doesn't mean I won't participate but if its 175 per character I will step out.
Whoops! I didn't say that to be discouraging! It's likely that Candy Cane salvage will be easy to achieve because of the time frame. It's the beginning of Nov! We have a while, yet! Happy holidays!

Winter! Yay!
Candy Keeper is setting up his stand across the street from Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park. He's already open, though! Yay!
I'm picking up candy canes from regular salvage. It looks like it will take 175 candy canes (per toon!?) to get all the past badges and 130 more to collect the recipes! Yay!
Candy canes will appear next to all of that Halloween salvage you forgot about in the Event tab of your Salvage window! Lol!
Winter is coming!

I found plenty of new badges and costume slots (and costumes that *still* work! yay!) and just wanted to say "thank you!"

Candy Canes

So I can't find the "Guide to Guides" thread anymore...
Edit
Candy Canes can no longer be farmed in the Homecoming AE building per Nov 29, 2019 patch update notes.
Candy Canes
Recommended Notoriety (solo): -1/x2-x8
Candy Cane Farming Missions
1) Little Demon Lost (ArcID 10935, Short)
2) Winter Lord's Candy Cane (ArcID 5930, Very Short)

These cost 30K infl and 25 candy canes each
1) Cold Front (2006)
2) Festive (2009)
3) Frostbitten (2008)
4) Gifted (2007 and gives 1 Debt protection and 1 Gift for another player)
5) Holiday Spirit (2005 and gives +1 Level Shift to free tailoring sessions)
Total: 150K infl and 125 canes
Other
1) Joyful (5K infl and 20 canes and aggro'd Hold for 12 days)
2) Longbow Reservist (10K infl and 10 canes and Flight for 29 days)
3) Miraculous (costs 5K infl and 20 canes and provides Self-Rez for seven days)

Candy Keeper Recipes
1) Respec recipe, 500 canes (ha-ha!)
2) Winter's Gift: Run Speed, Jump, Flight Speed, Range , 100 infl, 40 canes
3) Winter's Gift: Run Speed, Jump, Flight Speed, Range/End, 100 infl, 40 canes
4) Winter's Gift: Slow +Res (20%), 100 infl, 50 canes
Total: 300 infl and 130 canes*
Auction House estimated cost for entire set: approx 6M infl as of this post based on current history only (not my bids)
Set bonuses
(2) Fire/Cold +Res (3.75%) and Mez +Res (6.25%)
