  1. I'm not sure about the Hamidon raid...maybe the Hive leaves all the switches on... I guess street sweeping (Hami, MSR, zone events) in general should leave all the switches on.
  2. Level 45-49 EXd Incarnates should only have access to the Alpha Slot. Level 50 Incarnates IN NON-INCARNATE CONTENT (such as PI Radios or ITF) get access to Alpha, Judgement, and Interface but NOT Lore, Destiny, or Hybrid. AE arcs get a switch the author can move to enable or disable each tier of Incarnate abilities within their creations. Incarnate content (including all DA content, Number Six, Belladonna, Sister Solaris, Apex/Tin Mage, and iTrials) stay as they are now. That is my proposal.

  8. That's where I am, a bunch of 50s, a bunch of toons currently moving through the 30s and 40s and a ton more toons in the 20s waiting their turn.
  9. I don't want any of the 30-50 content to be harder. I only want there to be more content at 50+ that is harder. That is to say, more Incarnate content. Make Kallisti Wharf an Incarnate zone with mobs and arcs. Make new iTrials.
  10. Ok, well we disagree on that. I think the issue is a few underpowered powersets and one or two ATs, not the vast majority of the game.
  11. What I'm saying is, they probably aren't going to make Radios any more challenging. Support toons can focus on attacks throw buffs and debuffs only as needed there. But by balancing powersets (to the extent it can be done) they make it possible to generate more challenging future content.
  12. What you're describing is a problem with the content and the mechanics of the game, not individual ATs or powersets. Which is exactly why they've said they want to work on game balance, which I'm all for. That is to say by addressing the imbalances with individual ATs and powersets they can achieve enough balance to then justify creating harder new content.
  13. I think the devs understand perfectly well that 50+4 Radio missions are trash missions, as they were always intended to be. They are there for grinding xp and drops, not testing the limits of your capabilities and skills.

  15. It's not. It's technically just 40s content brought up to max level. High level content is Incarnate content and other lvl 45+ content. Anything you can bring along level 1 SKs on is not high level content.
  16. Force Fields does need help, but not Absorb. Would be nice if it had a Constricting Field (functions like Wormhole) instead of Repulsion Field, and if the Cage power was worth a damn.
  17. It's valuable in most of the high level content. It's not valuable in PI Radios and the like, but that really isn't high level content.
  18. Ah well, that's my mistake then. My first toon, and still one of my favorites, is an Energy/Energy Blaster. With her build getting very good I am now able to cast Energize REACTIVELY. I no longer need it up all the time. But regardless of that, putting that ability on auto absolutely cuts heavily into DPS and is a big mistake, don't do that.
  19. Those same qualities also give them advantages. Please correct me if I'm wrong, my understanding was that the toggles suppress if you get mezzed, while the click powers don't. And aside from Energize the other clicks also are useful in other ways besides just the sustain, providing mez, soft control, or something else.
  20. What's the problem? They are all either perma out of the box or easily permaable, and the one (Energize) that isn't perma gets other advantages (the End Discount is EXTREMELY powerful, and the click gives you a Heal in addition to +Regen).

  22. I don't agree. As I pointed out before, the Absorbs ALSO have debuffs attached (Reaction Time, Frigid Protection), come in a set that ALSO gets a heal (Inner Will) or also gets additional powerful aoe mitigation effects (Ice Patch, Time Shift, Spore Cloud). Seriously, the argument that (lol) Temporal, Plant, Ice, and Martial Combat are disadvantageously squishier than other blasters is crazy. Those are some of the strongest blaster secondaries for self protection.
  23. But it’s not supposed to spare you the damage of big hits. It’s supposed to help you avoid death by a thousand cuts. The regen powers do LESS to spare you big hits.
  24. It is baseless. Nothing Number Six said suggests or implies that it’s going to radically alter the set to be completely unrecognizable. That was all you.
