  1. Definitely yes on the warshade thing
  2. Wormhole needs to work on higher level, higher rank enemies.
  3. Small note, I don't think "Rogue Isles" should be in the list of Paragon City zones that can be unlocked. Nor should "Praetoria" be listed among the Rogue Isles.
  4. The more I've played my PB in its Homecoming iteration the more I think I'm actually very happy with how it plays. I don't really need Human form mez protection because Light Form is nearly perma (I have a t2 Alpha helping with that, but most of my IOs are generics) when solo and usually perma on teams. I don't really need shapeshift toggle suppression because again Light Form has me Res capped without my toggles. I don't need Human form Taunts because I can switch to Dwarf while in Light Form. I don't really think the damage cap needs to increase. Warshades do fine damage with their current cap, the difference really being the pet far more than the Mires. Single target damage could definitely come up. My preference for this would be to make Incandescent Strike shorter in animation time. I wouldn't mind Glowing Touch getting some sort of secondary effect...+Perception maybe? But I think the main power that is the culprit for PB underperformance (or PERCEIVED underperformance) is Photon Seekers. Perhaps something could be done to improve the Seekers? Add a buff/debuff/heal secondary effect maybe?
  5. I don't recall who brought it up, but it was important to improve EM's AoE NOT just by buffing Whirling Hands because Stalker's don't get WH.
  6. Sounds like the problem is Time Bomb, shocker.
  7. On a /Energy Blaster with Boost Range it's a fantastic travel power.
  8. But that Isn’t the argument. LRTP doesn’t suck, it’s just not something that should be a pool power.
  9. While I think @Luminara's point about the change away from location based Glue was a good one AT THE TIME. I would argue that with the rest of the improvements to the set, and changes to the game more generally, it is NOW better to have it be location based.
  10. You’re losing nothing and getting a lot and arguing for what? That others shouldn’t have fast travel because that’s Teleports perk? It makes no sense.
  11. Have you tried /bind *key* powexeclocation target? Is 4 really too many? Is there another set with that many? Earth Control has 3 right? Another set I'm not thinking of?
  12. Exactly. Skipping ANY primary or secondary should always be a difficult choice. The fact that it’s not is a problem I am happy to see the devs addressing.
  13. Although to be honest it makes a lot more sense to keep it at the location of the Arrow. I think just a small unenhanceable Self +Recovery is enough.
  14. These changes look great. To be honest, Warshades are now so good it really does feel like PBs need a little extra help. Maybe improve their Ally Heal?
  15. I still think it would be good if Whirling Hands triggered Energy Focus if it successfully hit a certain minimum number of guys. Feels bad having to use a long single target attack to access our best AoE.
  16. Will it then impact critters that run into the patch? Pardon me if this has already been answered.
  17. That makes sense. Would it be possible to add a small self buff that is caster only? Perhaps +Recovery +Regen +Status Res (not protection)?
  18. It’s also not going to effect most ranged teammates, who need the buffs more than the melee anyway.
  19. Wow. Well, that sucks. Bad change. EDIT: I would say if it's not going to be a 2-minute perma buff then it should DEFINITELY effect the caster AND be usable while mezzed.
  20. EMP still doesn't effect the caster. And as I said before, if the effect works the same as Faraday Cage then this power is still pretty crappy.
  21. @Jimmy Does this mean that instead being a two minute duration effect it only lasts as long as people stand in it? Because with a five minute recharge that would be pretty useless.
  22. You’re not supposed to reduce build pressure. You’re supposed to raise it. Every power in the set should be desirable. You’re literally arguing to make a power worse so you can freely skip it. No thank you.
  23. I love the changes. They correctly deemphasize the control aspects and improve the debuffing. Entangling: now a very good debuff that you actually want, but that doesn't have to be spammed to be maintaned. Flash: A powerful shield. Went from always skip to must have. Glue: Stickier and Longer Lasting. Ice: Good anti-mez, which is what we usually used it for anyway. Poison Gas: Again, stronger and longer lasting. Acid: Such a cool concept, and something really unique for the set, a Build Up for Debuffs. Disruption: Bigger and more powerful. Oil Slick: Still Oil Slick, slamming as ever. EMP: No longer situational, now something you want to fire on cooldown, something you eagerly look forward to while levelling. The ultimate debuffing set.
