  2. Supergroup base portal in Oro and a Trainer in Oro. Heck, you could just make The Pilgrim a trainer.

  4. In a similar way to how Disruption has a small -Max End, what if Acid had a small, perhaps non-stacking and ignores buffs and enhancements, -Max HP?
  5. But yea, that's a fair comment about the mechanism being weird. So forget that. What if Acid Arrow provided a moderate -Max HP Debuff???
  6. They put the -Res from Acid Arrow into Disruption. That was a good change. Adding it back is a bad idea. So there needs to be a better solution.

  9. Most of my Blasters hardly use the immobilize once I get past level 12 or so. If I can kill something at 80 yards (or longer if I'm leading with a sniper attack) then I don't need to immobilize it before it gets within 60 yards of me.
  10. What if attacking a foe who has the Acid Arrow debuff provided a small heal to the attacker?
  11. Maybe add a -End Over Time component and lower the cast time? I’m trying to think of other debuffs to add that the set doesn’t already have.
  12. Yea, Acid Arrow is the one power that is now MORE skippable. Not a good place.
  13. You’re clearly not meant to be able to keep enemies immobile at your maximum range.
  14. I think it means no buffs, no Boost Range or Clarion. Enhancements clearly work.
  15. It would work well for some sets and not so much for others and be a nightmare to balance this far into the games life. If someone is making a CoH 2 hopefully they’ll include this feature from the get go.

  17. I will definitely be taking and slotting OSA on my /TA Blaster. Yes, it will require redesigning the build. That’s ok. That’s what one normally does when respeccing a toon after a power set has been nerfed or otherwise heavily altered.
  18. Are people forgetting that reducing the cast time of TP makes it faster at travel? And that it’s already the fastest travel power? By how much should it outpace Super Speed?
  19. I have to echo what others are saying about Acid Arrow. It’s the only power that doesn’t feel impactful when you use it. I like the idea. Build Up for debuffs. Just needs to be a little more noticeable somehow.
  20. I think being able to unlock it at p2w is a totally reasonable request, rather than making it account wide.
  21. Now I'm not sure how this works on the Live servers. I still had this mission after having boosted my level to 40. Back Alley Brawler spawned as an Elite Boss who absolutely destroyed me, that seemed like probably just an unfortunate side effect of running it at 40. The Longbow in the mission were Grays, I didn't look closely but I assume they were probably like level 18 or something. BaBs was scaled to my level. However... What was clearly a Bug was that when it said "Use the Serum Now" No Serum Appeared. The mission seems to be broken, at least if you keep it until high level. I tried it on a level 17 character and the Serum appeared in my tray as normal.

  23. There seems to be some random weirdness with some EM attacks looking or sounding like they've hit but doing no damage, and the opposite, doing damage, but having no hit sound. I've noticed variations of it on TF, BS, PC, AS. I've mentioned it, I think in an actual bug report. I'll continue trying to figure out if its duplicable, but so far it really does seem very random.
  24. Bone Smasher seems to be playing its Hit sounds even when it misses. Total Focus seems to play its miss sound even when it hits.
