As far as I know, only one badge has moved from Atlas to Echo Atlas, and one badge has moved from Echo Atlas to Atlas. There are still only eight in each zone. you now need to get 10 total in order to unlock the long range teleporter, but there are not 10 in each zone. You will have to go to at least one more zone to get the long range teleporter.

Modern input profile: changed left mouse button drag to freelook without snapping back to center. Quick look function moved to middle mouse button, swapping the two. The Classic input profile retains the original controls. What I would like is for MOVING in any direction to reset the camera back to center after having dragged it with the left mouse button. Is it working like that now?

I think maybe you put Rookie in the wrong spot though. It should probably be at the top of the steps, so you get it WHILE walking towards Ms. Liberty.

Those are all patches that get multiple chances per cast. The fire control abilities all have only 1 chance each.

Regarding #1, all "Signature" Task Forces (which includes those given by the Freedom Phalanx heroes) are automatically set to the maximum level of the TF. Questionable design, but not a bug.

I don't think the defense in either Shadow Fall or Cloaking Device is strong enough to bother slotting. Shadow Fall gets Damage Res and a variety of IO Specials.

It USED to be you just couldn’t have both toggles running at once at all. Now you can have them both on and the best effects from both apply.

Yea, the defenses bonuses do not stack. Only the strongest one applies. Only the strongest Stealth factor applies also. But the OTHER parts of the power, the Damage Resistance, etc, all still apply.

now the same amount of leveling that got you Not to 10 will do so because of the extra patrol xp

The Escape key ought to be usable to exit screens like Enhancements, Respec, Levelling, Icon, etc, and should be usable to open the Menu, and to activate (but not confirm) Quitting.
