its a base 8s recharge and will be 4s with haste n'stuff. noted. its that or dark blast, aye. will try respec when of level. obv slot for dmg/proc vs any heal as am dark miasma primary and if i need healing i have it on tap.

for the dark/dark defender - has anyone got thoughts on 'dark pit' in dark blast? its quick cast (1.07s), 60s base CD, 20ft radius aoe (howling twilight is 15ft), does no damage, no other effects, but is only mag 2 stun. in dark blast skips are (for me): dark pit life drain (too many ST, dark blast is my spam, but i lose a -tohit source) its got me thinking to make the defender dark/sonic. I'm unsure how much -tohit layering will be needed when dark miasma is primary. *figs is confused*

imo - Pain dom: the heals are good, and you can main heal a group and very much assist a league if you take all 3. slot heavily. enforced morale is a widely scoped buff, as well as a 'dispel' for cc. it lasts for 90s, so its nice for blappers, or anyone who isnt packing a toggle or reactive cc breaker. you dont need to slot it. soothing aura is good for 6 slot, panacea. it will proc on others in the aura, youll get the set bonuses. id not bother heavily slotting world of pain, leaving it single. its good base, and youll be hurting for slots on damaging powers if you properly slot out all heals. 2 recharge in anguishing cry, pair with haste, again with 2 recharge in it. honestly, of i were to skip one, itd be pain bringer. you can maybe get it from 5m down to 2m15ish with a LOT of recharge. if you like painbringer, consider burnout from speed pool. dual pistols, im afraid i dont play enough (though regularly mean to) to comment.

OK - symphony / dark is great! Eldrich Figs! (i should probably slot the pbaoe for damage)

symphony is pretty great, and with pet echo is a big chunk of cc magnitude. even a second wave of mag3 sleep, when youve put mag 6 under dom (as well as its dmg down debuff), makes it a very good power. this over every primary thing you do. i tried /fire, and, its fire. i just really dont like its pbaoes. i could go symphony/dark controller, and get pretty abusive with disorient...but the cc loses base mag. so far, symphony feels like mind mk2.

itd be great if everyone sorted the papers on the desk, and talked in channels appropriate to need. but they talk a bit in looking-for-group, because a lot of people are there, I suppose. if anything, keeping 'Help' good for people who're stuck, or, heavens, new, is something we'd do well to try for. but, /shrug, people talk while seeking or posting for teams. its nice to hear something.

the prior evokes 'its not a gun that shoots someone' to topic - that a person would want to do a thing, that causes harm. thats a very human problem and desire. an act then is, of nature, offensive - when it is associated with an attack, or agression, or stripping fluff --> intent to sew or manifest a harm. why would some mock those of physical or mental deformity? to cause isolate, and societally, to encourage self eliminate, ostricisation, and create conditions where it is unpalatable for them to breed, and where a distaste follows the target. without thinking it through - its easier to substitute bad/wrong/punishable for <moniker>. 'i was / is only having a laugh', says the transgressor, irritated and abdicating inner sentiment. do you (any or all of us) go out of your way to harm others with words, in a video game? if so, what drives the desire to?

I'm collecting enh for both, but have started the symphony/dark. it's good so far, many cone. I also tried a symphony/fire, but very much dislike consume and the 3s one thats pbaoe (and terrible). its not layered like a dark/dark is, and we'll have good compare there with tge defender. got set back a bit... bought a few winter packs and got nothing but candy canes and 25 merits. which is annoying.

something I'll remember as realization of how we shape things, particularly as minds are forming, came at me amusingly, and unexpectedly in a grocery store. probably c.a. 2012. parent mother is by the checkout. snall child, maybe 6-8, reaches for end isle candy, places it on the checkout roller. mother smacks child's hand, not over hard, and exclaims: 'stop picking stuff up - thats so communist' in a vert scolding tone so, attempting to get candy had nothing to do for the chosen word - and theres the focus - it was a substitution for 'bad' / 'wrong' / 'punishable'. but the mother did not say the words bad/wrong/punishable. denial of the item, a smacks pain and jolt, and a link is established on tge impressionable. iver time, and not long, that child is going to associate a word with 'bad'. and so the mother tries to shape behavior of her child. we'ce spent the better part of our lives with 'queer' this, or 'thats so fag gay that'. its never been nice. and oft the vocal are indeed obsessed, with male genetalia. mmm, it -tohit rubbish? ive found it to be most effective on dark/dark controller, but that brings complementary def/res, and much else aside. i do like symphony dom tho, the plethora of cones, and decentish cooldowns on them lets you work a mob from a spot, and ideally have echo from the pet. thats a lot of mag.

obsession with (male) genitals? i find this to be typical of a sort. youre probaly not qualified, in battle or otherwise, and id doubt method and tenor of mind if you were.

you make some very good points, imo. esp: 1/ pools being decent attacks - why not? we end up on homecoming with entirely excluded pools. from force of will, to medicine, theyre typically a waste - or your twisting for a long cd survival buff, and might well be better served with one of: flight, fighting, stealth, speed, combat jumping, sorcery if you want a flight alone... at any rate, we end up with ~6 power pools worth explore, and some have filler. 2/ removal of prereq for tough/ weave. should not have to kick/punch to be able to tough/weave 3/ pets early. solo lvling controller is miserable. a meandering of low damage. this helps. I'd agree with it all, except ally buffs affecting self. it keeps the player attentive and 1 shottable. a ff/dark defender might well be effectively immune were this not true. --->constructively for HC<--- however, if one change could occur with HC - itd be blind queuing with the lfg tool. creation of groups, is still, a barrier not of knowledge, but simply and true: 'ill play with your character - but havent the slightest desire to converse with my keyboard. its not you, its the medium, just dont want type, not being paid to'. its a pain to type 'welcome, team. pls maintain patience as i seek other group members. eta for grp fill is n minutes. we will be difficulty +n/n. pls proceed to zone n. note: elected activity with consume n minutes. you should expect to devote n minutes of your time to this activity.' better lfg tooling use, make it bcast to lfg channel (group seek in progress for...) or whatnot.

has anyone tried it on the other servers? i stopped when i saw tankers with shotguns, and a melee set that had all ghost knives and stuff. i mean, it was alright, a bit synthwave, and i clipped everywhere (the quality in general is NOT what we enjoy on HC).... but ya, wind control, its there. we'll probably get something of it one day... i just wish storm cat 5 worked more like carrion creepers, movement wise. i used to thing you had to create paths for creepers with vines, aoe immob, and spirit tree. back on live. storm seems to have windy kinds of animations, and the best sniper anim ever. one day, we'll get something like wind...

^ largely agree! -- it comes down to, is there intent to harm? if there is, that which harms is typically problematic. or pond scum. its a dance about gap to be cruel within for some.

ugh, gross. if its not one thing its another with some who'll worm to find a way to make perjorative. it doesnt matter if it was ok to say darky because it was ill lit. that has connotations. its in a lot of language. sinister - latin, 'on the left' was associated with left handedness. why? because it wasn't easy to teach more than one way of hand writing, and tools typically presumed right handedness. so it became an association with evil. you can see how that is silly, but also shaping of society. stop bandying about words you know hurt people - or in this case, complaining theyre filtered. unless you're straight out of the 18th centurty - you can term a phrase more PC than 'pushing the queer'.

wasd. 1-5 primary attack chain / ST, ordered for quickest cd up. alt+1-5 aoe, alt+1 assassin strike on stalkers. alt+numbet keys become heals in rarer conditions, where alt+1 is pbaoe, and alt+5 would be rez, with else in between, except if dark where alt+4 is howling twilight, as comfort, and used as attack/stun. same with defribulate. if aoe damage is banished from alt, it goes to shift, as defender does not have a melee chain of note. ctrl1-5 cc aoe non-damaging. i re-bind and placables with a target macro, atfer placement, so i still see cd. e.g. /bind ctrl+1 powexec_location target tar patch. ^ when character is new or not have stuff, this is always, nemesis staff, blackwand, sands of mu for ctrl+1-3. shift+1-5 - melee chain on non melee AT, vice versa. ` / shift+` / and so on: placement and combat travel. /bind powexec_location target combat teleport, taunt, fold space would be a ctrl+` as its less comfy to press by mistake. shift+q, shift+e, shift+z - /bind shift+q powexec_location me:5 phantasm ^ these are useful for mm pet resummon on the fly. i will typically rebind same on alt to allow me to mess up with same affect. t/g/c/v - self buffs like build up (v), sencond build up or armor press (e.g. overload) shift+v t/g, shields for allies, speed boost. g favors status removal skill, such as increase density or (yes, you should have it) O2 boost. its always patterened like that, and doing it this way, for me, lets me not have to think about muscle memory, by and large. -- honoroit, skipper of cutscenes, errant noble and expert cartographer
