archery, i hope. i heard rumors a while back about it getting an adjustment. its all off kilter with redraw right now, and you still get anim locked but abilities fire/hit mid draw and stuff. that kheld bug crap with people binding dropped form skills mid bind chain is also prominent. oh, and kick/punch as prereqs for tough/weave being taken away! theres a buff on the snipe, 50% for 10s, so with quick and a base cd of 12s, you can have it on all the time. so psi Darts, the mental cones (in case from prior post).. its quite effective.

i have a psi/mental who enjoys the long range and boost from the psi snipe. but with energy it must be other-side-of-town levels of boosting. (50% for 10s from using your snipe, which you can keep up almost constantly), and some ~59.6% from boost range... meaning over double, or over 350 feet for the second snipe cast!

i know some of you mist be embarrassed to admit you made jam roly-poly last weekend. embrace it!

last dozen or so characters ive made of various AT have all had combat teleport (or natively for ws). combat is too quick not to have insta port available to be peak 'sports maximum', kupo.

you see stalkers in groups, particularly, dashing frantically to mobs to get a hit in, on trash anyway. whether theyre doing vastly more than a blaster on AVs? maybe? aside from the aoe focused sets, like spines or ele, theyre very limited (when compared to decimation blasters bring), and even on those need to work much harder to feel as if theyre actually playing. i dont know if thats something that can be fixed, as thered be riots if blaster damage came down.

itll work. smoke, pbaoe controls, bonfire, hot feet, the time bubble cc, aura, and pbaoe buffs compatible with your melee party members and might help imps stay alive'ish. mhm, kupo, itll work.

dunno about the super thin cones, but battle axe vs everything else is like night and day quality of life like... battle axe became small aoe spheres instead of cones, and you hit 4 or 5 clumped typically and dont have to target one behind another clumsily (see pendulum) itd be nice if other sets got that treatment.

when are they fixing archery? i hope its soon. the redraw happens, which locks you, even though damage from something like arrow cone hits shortly before the draw is complete. it plays hell with secondary power execution delay, which gets clunky. was messing on a corruptor and was super annoying. likely the same on a blaster with 2ndary melees etc. i cant make pittoo properly... so it really is a high priority fix!

necro/kin is quite mental, the soul extractions can be fulcrum'd and soeed boosted.

i couldnt go on after a few hours. the story, well I just left click skipped as much as I could. that's a me problem, you have to be RIVITING for me to actually listen to whatever you've got some 25y/o writing at me these days. changing of the guard at Bethesda, is what I'd say about writing disconnectedness and quality in this title. Its like there's mark of the tread of old veteran, and mash / plant of the new on a changed muddled sea o' words. endemic of time, and something unseen to those not having played daggerfall when it released or the like. truth is, I don't remember a word of the story in Ultima IV, or oblivion. nor kings quest, nor space quest, nor system shock past names, voice clip fragments, and echoes of places traversed. just more of a feeling of, I liked that I remember liking that once upon a time. not kotor, mass effects, nor even fallout 3 and new vegas past what mentioned - fragments, theme, and into-out-of vats vats vats, pickup thing, sell menu, choices... ok.. confirm, fire ants, a radioactive shelter crammed with luggage. So I'm too weathered, and not 15. Approaching starfield without weathering of time might be more fun, but an 'unparalled experience'? it is not. no mans sky was/is better, as a space simulator - though has an atrocious plot in its playground. kicker - the combat is bad. melee especially. bad, bad, really bad, sub skyrim bad. i feel like trying out dark and darker.

Homecoming heroes - I'm sure you'll agree, when the weather gets nice and stormy, when the wind is finally cold again, and the sky doesn't hurt your eyes - the days end is best met... with steamed puddings and custard. Now, the process can be adapted! bacon and onion, goats cheese, raw honey and raisins, truffles and mushrooms maple syrup and sausage meat innards. but, best bet is jam. (psst - its better to use cloth, or even an old shirt sleeve than tinfoil - which is why its sometimes called 'shirt sleeve pudding' or 'dead man's leg') if you want to be extra tasty, you may fry the slices in butter (or lard). apply custard, liberally. bacon and onion It won't make you fat if you're not a super piggy and eat it every day. enjoy!

^ probably because they made the form change instant (good). ive never done that - linked a bind to 1>drop form 2> use power from dropped form 3>re-enter form allowing you to skip anim time on the ghost power ordering shouldnt allow but implementation does. so theres the cancel and immediate cast. @Laucianna has videos and actual bind commands. you could do this with the tank form to with its relevant skills, on all your skills where theres form shifting or can be, to cheat in the changeover... ...thats definately cheating spirit of letting khelds change form insta, and conceptually shows as so in bind commands you'd create to exploit the behavior. because its clear your referring to the past (a power from a form youre not in) as part of a chain to avoid cast time. probably next Figs - psi melee / dark stalker (to hurt for/with khelds)

mid level report on fire/mental Figs lvl 28 Figs - who is mildly imbalanced positioning for everything is improved by combat tp, night and day versus running about for cones: /bind ` powexec_location target combat teleport /bind shift+` powexec_location 180:30 combat teleport - fire damage is, as always, ludicrously good. blazing bolt, blaze, fire blast under hasten are st - fire breath does amazing damage across its ticks - mind probe is super quick and hits hard (this over subdual). will definately take the final melee. - 🔮 psychic scream 😱 hits wide and hard, good for winter set proc that adds an Immobilize. - between psychic scream, fireball, rain of fire and fire breath available a lot, and supplemented with inferno (and psychic shockwave to come in a few levels)... aoe of this pairing is exceptional. - drain psyche works best because of combat tp. ` -> youre positioned, shift+` -> your now at a spot to fire a cone at the target you ported to.

major versions of the .net framework are not always backward compatible. the solution is on github? there should be a target framework for build specified in solution metadata files. we could probably fix it, if its open source.
