No it won't proc well at all. It calls a bunch of powers that each have low proc rates for their associated procs

Ya I ran hide proc in tf on my em/ea. Would just placate into tf get my 2 stacks and then crit fast et+heal. Nice sustain. I prefer it in power crash for maximum damage output, but as long as you aren't wasting it in AS you are good imo.

The best EM is to use 2x fast AS and 2x fast ET for every TF. Hide proc goes in power crash Don't mule AS. Ever. Builders know not to 6pc critical strikes, yet continue to 6pc stalkers guile...

So you aren't using call hawk either? Crazy considering it has the base damage of seismic smash and takes up to 4 damage procs. (Boosted) Rending is the highest base damage pbaoe attack doms get. Iirc it is neck and neck with psi Shockwave which hits an extra 6 targets. Savage already has by far the best dpe of the assault sets, and built out characters shouldn't be relying on the +rech of blood. Use you best attacks people.

In most game play it isn't in the running. But it leverages 2 -res procs well which skews its performance against even cons that live long enough to cycle a lot of attacks while under said -res.

Could you not modify specific mobs to cast a large -damage debuff on themselves when they reach a specific confusion threshold? Thus allowing confusion to still function as mitigation, but bringing its offensive advantages closer to what we see in regular content. I dont feel confusing most advanced mobs is an issue, it's the fact they can wipe each other out so easily. -
Stone since geode buff is a notch above. No real holes outside mid ddr, which can be fixed by ageless radial. Also boosts rech and adds proc damage.

Please don't. PT and VG are 2 of the 4 key powers in poison. If poison is tweaked I hope VG and PT remain as they are.

Arsenal has cloaking device which means you can just stroll right into most mobs unseen. Once in position you just tp ally your pet in. Extra easy if you put down smoke canister too cause they will start getting confused as soon as the action starts.

I think there are a bunch of reasons and I'm ok with that. Hands down my favorite dom set. I just smile knowingly while discord glazes other sets.

Seems like the mechanics of the poison set remain a mystery to some even after all these years. If you've never read my poison guide please do, it is perhaps the most interesting set in the game. If you have read it, then this shouldn't be a matter of discussion. You just take VG.

For me it's elec blast. Tesla is actually good. Zapping bolt is good. And the nuke is a sapping machine up every spawn. I realky like a t9 /nin build. In that regard my elec/nin is borderline unstoppable. For those that are uncomfortable with that type of play I also liked /rad. It has great debuff protection and i actually prefer the static and predictable nature of the +rech and untethered heal compared to the melee version of the armor set.

It is a small aura around you. Very visually noisy. It only hits 5 targets with a mag 2 stun. It needs acc and also a little bit of stun enhancement to perma stun lvl 54 minions. I took it on my stone/ea to stack with fault (aoe stun),it works well enough in that situation.

You can do that, but I definitely don't. Wall of force is a pretty bad attack by every metric including proc rate. Its best quality is the low level of availability.

Yes, and flashbang. Proc that and ideally proc out an epic aoe attack.

I can't explain your results. Only post my own. For clarity I'm on a defender. A different AT might be bugged? With just 1 proc. Unedited video. Over 9 spawns: 2/7, 2/12, 5/8, 2/8, 3/8, 3/12, 2/9, 3/10, 1/12 = 26.74% proc rate (close enough to the expected ~30% that I'm satisfied)

Ya, no, that's not how shoal works. Run some tests, what you are saying isn't possible. It can't have an 80ft range, 20ft radius and 90 deg arc. Its super apparent when you try it out that it has a low proc rate.

sorry had the wrong number in place, but shoal is still being calculated incorrectly still. Its IS a taoe, 20ft radius,15 sec base rech 30.82% chance for 3.5ppms

Its a good power. I invested in it on all 4 Marine builds I'm running. The -hp is proportional to the hp your target has, but it still does more 'damage' than most of your attacks for the majority of the health range* I deprioritize it as the target gets low on hp. *especially true for defs, trollers and mms, but once corrs start scourging I focus on real attacks I also use it as a st attack because Marine needs at least 8 powers so I don't have extra room to allocate to situational powers. Worth noting is that if your target is going to live for over a minute the -hp stacking is of less value. Still better than a t1 attack usually though, especially as it rolls nictus proc way better than any t1.

Fearsome stare>feral charge> hod (proc'd) Is enough control for most spawns. You won't use your st confuse often cause it's a very slow playstyle which is counter to what savage prefers. But you still want it for the occasional tough mob/eb. Haunt is very skippable, but most people still take it. Same as the dog pet. Cone immob has no synergy with the set/combo, st immob is of limited/no value in most gameplay. Aoe hold is a good power. I have one, it's fine, but feels awkward/clunky in game. I greatly prefer mind/sav, its just better versions of everything dark does imo.

What are you trying to solo? While I feel a lvl 50 build should be very self sufficient I make ample use of inspirations and even Amplifiers while leveling. A large portion of your sustain comes from spamming the defender ATO procs, which isn't likely at lvl 28. So id suggest not shying away from consumables and get the defender ATO procs slotted in asap, even the base versions trigger very often.

Take the stalker results with a grain of salt. If you look closely at them you'll see some odd stuff like: above recharge cap required to run the claws chain and nearly 400% recharge (so +300% enhancement) to run the Stj chain Neither of which are happening under normal conditions and definitely not with the parameters he laid out. That said the order of rankings look reasonably accurate against a pylon

I'm of the mindset that if you you don't want to leverage venomous gas then TA is likely a much better fit for you.
