Power Level Effect Twilight Grasp 1 Ranged, Foe -To Hit, -DMG, -Regen, Team Heal = Make it heal during animation similar to hail of bullets? Tar Patch 2 Ranged (Location AoE), Target -Speed, -Res, -Fly = This is probably fine. Not on PVP though maybe -def instead of -res on PVP? Darkest Night 4 Toggle: Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe -DMG, -To Hit = This is also fine but recharge could use some tweaks. Maybe half the recharge? Howling Twilight 10 Ranged (AoE), Minor DMG(Negative), Target Slow, -Recharge, -Regen, Disorient, Ally Rez = This is great power. But like all great powers comes even greater recharge... Probably because of ally rez function which most of us don't care about and autohit function which is proc mule nothing more. Let's make it situational. When used on targets with no ally in sight, stolen lifeforce remains in you, giving Team PBAOE Heal over time for X seconds. But if you die while it is in effect you revive but with less health/endurance if effect lingers too long. When ally fallen near you while lifeforce in effect, gives them option to revive with less effective health/endurance and consumes portion of lifeforce. Shadow Fall 16 Toggle: PBAoE, Team Stealth, +DEF(All), +Res(Energy, Negative, Psionics, Fear) = This is fine Fade 20 PBAoE Team, +Defense(All), +Res(Defense Debuffs) = This is fine. Soul Absorption 28 PBAoE Team +Regen, +Recovery (Special) = This is fine. Black Hole 35 Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe Intangible = Change name to Black Pit. Effect same as Black hole except when it expires damage potential from targets reduced and targets instilled with high magnitude fear. And maybe make it toggle similar to dimension shift? High endurance cost per second similar to telekinesis except it will not detoggle after 30 seconds. Longer the duration longer the mez duration up to 120 seconds. Reasons for name change? Well Black hole sounds like gravity's domain. Dark Servant 38 Summon Dark Servant: Ranged Debuff Special = This is fine. Maybe add Fx options like illusions phantom mirrors? Could be fun.

Is there a way to turn these badges to story arcs? They got results anyway I'm assuming it should be way easier then write totally new story arc. Examples : Undefeated Badge : Here is where one of the brave souls to take up the mantle of Scirocco stood against, and fell to, the Rikti invaders. = Make that story arc either as personal story or just plain old ouroboros mission. Freedom Badge : This flag was crafted from Statesman's cape and was donated to Paragon City to replace the flag destroyed by the invading Rikti. It now flies over Paragon City Hall to honor the sacrifice made by Hero 1 and the rest of Omega Team. = I want to see Hero 1 so it should be story arc. I know that technically you can do that on AE but it is not official and AE somewhat is limited. Thoughts?

I'm wondering if it should be hard to implement? They only will get visuals no real effect in-game. Examples. /storm characters can make Rain effect on whole map or local map. Only on outdoors. /Fire Manipulation characters have shimmering heat effect on local area. /Time characters have distortion of space on local or whole map. etc.

If there is no story content related to this I can suggest batallion content. We know batallion is coming so we have to prepare right ? Simulations could work like that you are going to prepare against batallion but to do that you have to survive any conditions so that equals to survival missions. Badges may include Just like the simulations for giggles.

That's why I requested option under graphics tab. They can just turn it off or turn it off by default.

For rewards I think merits will be go for starters. On easy mode every 5 rounds you get 1 merits on round 10 however you get 2 merits on round 15 , 3 merits so on. Normal mode , Every 5 rounds 1 merits with multiplier of 2. At round 10 you get 2 merits but on round 15 you get 4 merits and so on. Hard mode Every 5 rounds 2 merits with multiplier of 2 again. On Nightmare mode every 5 rounds 3 merits with multipler of 3. On every 5 rounds there could be AV or Elite boss or GM depending on diffuculty.

Pathing could be done with huge aoe taunt aura (mission holder) i think. There are examples like Signature Mission: Pandora Part 4. Or Snake Fest Arc on villain side last mission last room, it got full of snake eggs that takes ages to defeat because half of them are bosses(didn't try it out that with other AT's aside from troller), It was super fun all you have to do is walk on them they hatch and they follow you forever. Or Heist missions (but they are ambushes so they don't count i think)

Instead of random ragdoll for example with last hit from powers it gives unique FX for defeats. Smash : Splattered on ground in chunks? For more peaceful solution is splattered on ground but still in one piece. Lethal : Decapitation ? For peaceful solution is enemies bleed to death. Fire : Burn to ash ? For more peaceful solution is burn to death but still in one piece. Cold : Ice Sculpture ? Then when you run on them or use aoe (that requires no target) they scatter on many pieces. Energy : They got really bright and explode like nuke (For radiation green, for energy just blue for default) Electric : I know this is technically still energy but tantrum emote with electric aura looks good FX for this. Plus white smoke when electrified. Negative Energy : Enemy got really dark? Possess FX is good for that. Psionic : Normal ragdoll. Simple because I can't think of good example. Toxic : Enemies suddenly vomits then becomes really green then dies. For player defeats I think it is cool to choose our own Death FX's based on powersets. Die with style so to speak. This is simple options for graphic settings if player wish to not see FX's they can disable that or it is disabled by default.

Corruptor : Your primary powers has chance to deal -regen and DoT (long time) but you can't regen and your incoming healing reduced by %50 -
Objects without collisions could be nice. For obvious reasons lol. (Getting through walls without portals for instance.)

They behave exactly same with some differences. Mainly Teleport has 1.00 magnitude fly for 4.00s on self -100.00%% fly speed for 4.00s on self. While translocation doesn't have that so it looks faster.

Confuse takes effect but no visible action taken, only tried this with Possess so need more testing. (They attack other factions but not to same faction) It seems whole imperial city (and Neutropolis) is same sometimes they attack each other sometimes does nothing. That includes other factions like seers and Neuron's Clockwork as well.

Yeah thats why i proposed combat teleport as new pool power basicaly super speed but with flight instead of getting grounded.

Self-teleport should increase movement speeds greatly while making it not clickie just self buff that last between 1-3 seconds while teleporting or should i say phasing? you are invisible to allies and foes alike. Enemies cannot target you like 0.75 seconds. Overall teleport should feel powerful, except for tsoo sorcerer guys i hate them. As for costs increased endurance usage and recharge ? Maybe they can't change pool powers but maybe they can add new power pool as alternate teleport? Thoughts?

Option 1 : Add Fear and Confuse status effect to Containment Proc Option 2 (Optional) : Mez +1 is lacking compared to other AT's, so how about it stacks? If you immobilized enemy +1 to all mez and if you stunned on top on that +2 to all mez and if you hold enemy +3 to all mez. This will allow underpowered status effects to shine at least once Option 3 (Optional) : Status Effects last longer the more mez you have on particular enemy? Or at least if not mezzed allow -protection to remain longer so we can eventually mez GMs or AVs on Incarnate Content. That's it.

I don't know if it is possible but it could be cool to change mez proc fx so that when it occurs it is thematically correct. example : dark grasp has choking animation with shadows. And you slotted shadowy binds with hold proc (Gravitional Anchor) and now dude is flying if it procs with weird white spirals. It could be good if we can change FX or if it is not possible have NO FX option.

I forget to mention, I'm mentioning just solo play right now. Sure you can team up with everyone until your end issues resolved but there are ATs playstyles that doesnt work with teams repel is one of examples. Generally solo play is end draining without another character to back you up. (Farming to level 50 then giving all influence to new character one of examples)
