Hex code colors

Is this even a possibility in CoH? Would love more colors and thought somehow using hex codes or maybe a color wheel would be awesome.

If you mean for powers, I'd love it. But I'd bet they're baked in (within a pallet anyway). (Because the guy(s) who built the powers sub system seemed to bake as much into the power as possible).

 

Or even just a standard pallete that covers white-black and all RGB options.

 

For everything else I'm pretty sure you can already use Hex codes (as decimal) for colour picks. (Not bases, but I think that is more to do with how the colour picker works, the colours I seem to recall are stored in demo files (only way to make an offline copy of the base) in RGB (decimal).

I know a color wheel/grid is possible because I saw a post on the subreddit where someone had done it.  Not sure about hex values.
