Will the Leveling Pact feature be coming back?

Regardless of when they were released, they're still different systems in how they work and what they do.

Looks like levellings pacts were i14 and supersidekicking was i16.

Both the page you linked & the wiki page above say leveling pacts were i13

I didn't mean to the pact isn't useful.  Or if I did, then I was not correct.  Since as you did point out some good utility.

 

Its just that part of the reason it came about was the old clumsy sk/emp system.

 

A big part from what I remember at the time.  

 

Also the longer it takes to level, the more valuable the pact is as well.  Right now its pretty fast.

The levlling pact actually slowed levelling, very slightly, but it did slow it (I had severall levelling pact's with my wife when we lived in different hemispheres)
