Coyote Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 Does anyone know the stats of Burst of Speed? Damage and AoE? and, also, if it procs like a power with a 90 second base recharge, or if it uses a pseudo-pet to determine proc chances?

Novacat Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 I know the damage radius is a little over 10ft - probably 15 to be properly rounded though it usually feels like 12-13 because our feet are so damn small. As for damage: just a quick example but: at level 14 in Atlas with no slots at all in them, if your Lancer Shot would do 128.some your Burst of Speed will deal 57.

Novacat Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 The damage effect is one of those "pseudopet" affairs which is why it's hard to get the hard numbers without the code.
Coyote Posted February 20, 2020 Author Posted February 20, 2020 Interesting. We were talking about a recharge of 90, and that's what Bopper's PPM thread also referenced, but it's now 60s recharge. Maybe I missed an update that changed its stats.
