What to do with all of my extra incarnate stuff

So I have decided to remake my main as a Praetorian so I can get the badge. 

 

I know that my incarnate components are useless. In regards to threads/shards/merits I know I can transfer some and/or convert into reward merits or perhaps super inspirations. 

 

What can I do with what?

You can only transfer (email yourself) merits. Threads, components and shards are all untradable*. 

 

*Dear dictionary on my webbrowser; untradable is a word and I did spell it correctly. Be better.

I've taken to turning emps into transcendents so I can email 50 emps at a time to another character on same acct.

For unusable components, scrap them into threads. Buy utlimates and huge insps with threads, sell them for quick cash on the market.

Step 3: profit.

What badge are you  trying to get? Because all of them should be available regardless of starting alignment.

Oh. Yeah, if you want the Praetorian-specific titles as far as I know you have to roll a Praetorian character.
