kelika2 Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 Uncommon/Yellow - 5 merits each Rare/Orange - 20 merits each Epic/Purple - 50 merits each ATOs - still 100 merit each The epic cost suggestion I was kinda on the fence posting but with hopefully more people spending on high demand yellow/orange sets it would keep it in line more.

kelika2 Posted April 1, 2020 Author Posted April 1, 2020 Markets pretty bare for some sets. Pain in the ass to get Reactive Armor, red fortune etc
Burnt Toast Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 The market is bare because there was an influx of characters due to the new powerset - happens every time. The ones you listed are one of the cheaper sets of defense and resistance. 50 merits for a purple is way too low as is 20 for a rare. Something more reasonable would be: Uncomon: 10 Rare: 40 Purple: 80 ATO: 100 But this is a reactionary request due to the influx of people buying for their new characters - the market will bounce back in a week or so. I never buy if something is too much...simply put in an appropriate bid and wait. In the meantime..slot with generic IOs. 1

I think these numbers are much more reasonable than the initial suggestion if something like this were to happen. We want to start smaller and see the impact before drastically cutting all prices.
