Verbum sapienti - make a targeting macro, go after anything that says 'Sorrow'.  Take care of that first and it gets easier.

Can't recall, are Sorrows the Rad guys?  If so I usually do that as is.

Yes, they're the ones shooting green stuff.

Something like this might do it for you if your heart's set on psi melee.

Even with stealth suppression in combat, you're pretty close to the soft cap on all typed DEF except psi (my claw/wp keeps about 2.74%), and Rise will fill that gap in. Capped S/L resist (with default value for sliding resist IO) and fairly high psi, because otherwise what if your head itches and you accidentally pop your blade while you're scratching it? OMG, lobotomy!

I've used other people's WP builds as inspiration. A common wisdom is that because WP is layered, you can slack in certain areas. Being the bloody-minded contrarian I am, and because DEF debuff is a thing, my standard for myself is to get as close as possible to the DEF caps and not neglect those other layers. Keep in mind that 45% base is less against +4's. As an added bonus, you can run the END hogging Maneuvers along with Focused Accuracy when you're not up against drainers. It doesn't matter if you need them. You do it because you can😜
