How far does it 1-shot? Could set up a brute for low lvl tf's 👀

I remade my brute, instead of getting all of the attacks, I got the defenses and spin.  So I can herd and then wipe them out.   I did Posi 1 with a team of 8.  I was a level below the team and it did not wipe out minions that were +1.  It came close, but not quite there.

I was having a good time on my Earth/Storm controller putting all 5 in my AoE immobilize while she was under 20th or so.  Not too surprising it works well (better) on Spin.
