WIndfall Doesn't Give Influence Increase

Seems to have been reported on before, but will re-affirm this is still the case. Windfall's influence increase does not currently have any affect. I cannot be sure if it is increasing drop rates, but I am skeptical with the current situation surrounding it.

Windfall was neutered a while ago.
Deliberately.
It's essentially nothing more than an artifact in the system at this point.

Yeah I was trying to use it to increase drop rate of threads and shards and it didn't help at all.  I have found its better using experienced power to just speed up vet levels.  

 

I had not heard about the windfall neuter but good to know its not just me.

I used one a while ago and it seemed like my recipe drops were shifted toward the top end a little. My salvage filled up faster than normal and my inspiration drops had more large inspirations in them. There was no change in influence that I observed. I wasn't watching for threads or shards at all.
