Sweeping Cross Vs Cross Punch

Hi all! I have a question about these two powers. I have a Stj/Bio Scrapper and im thinking about using Cross Punch over Sweeping Cross because i want to save my Combo points for Spinning Strike and Crushing Uppercut. Do you guys think the bonuses and investment in Cross Punch are worth it? Thx all for any input.

Personally I think Sweeping Cross is all-around better than Spinning Strike because it's half the endurance and faster casting and a much longer stun, it's even 1' longer range. Hitting enemies in front and behind you doesn't happen often in my experience.

But yes, if you need a filler attack in your chain, then Cross Punch is worth adding. No reason to sit there waiting to deal damage.

I don’t think I’d switch it; I like cross punch though (it feels great) in other primaries that are lacking attacks, like psi

Worth keeping in mind, Cross Punch has only 5% crit chance against everything. You don't get 10% against Bosses. Both are good though.
