Bug on Winter packs and Character item mailbox

When i try to open a winter pack, nothing happened.

When i try to Claim a Character item in mailbox, nothing happened, then if i "spam" the claim option : this message appear :

 

 

Actions tried : log out character, completly leaving the game and wait 5 minutes.

 

PS : WW is normal

I dont know what "super pack" is.

 

My issue was on Winter pack and and i only buy 2.

 

But all is fine now.

Super pack is the more generic term for all three varieties of them. It was almost certainly the same bug, especially if you'd been opening a large number of them.

This is happening to me right now.  

 

Specifically I'm trying to claim a couple of enhancement unslotters from character items.  

 

When I select "claim" initially, a few seconds pass, the claim button is greyed out then, after those few seconds, it becomes selectable again.  This time though I get a message about to process a transaction (I didn't note precise wording).

 

I logged off and login back in with a different character and the behavior repeated.  I closed the game client, restarted and the behavior duplicated.

 

Then I logged in my second account and WAS successful at claiming a character item.

 

I'm going to assume that some passage of time will allow me to make claims from account 1 and I'll update regardless.

It seems to be lagging.  Sometimes I will just give up on claiming items...go do a mission....and the items start to show up.  And I dont mean lag like normal lag...it is something to do with the processes..it also effects shard transfers.  

 

I think its all one bottle of goo and stuff gets a little stuck sometimes.
