Global Recharge Not Displaying Bonuses on Powers

I have set bonuses that give global recharge.  When I'm in-game and look at the power under Enhancement->Manage or just right-click->info, I don't see the recharge time reflecting what it should be if the global recharge was in effect.  Is that just a display bug?

Yea, what’s the deal with this? The global haste value shows correctly in Combat Attributes, but the recharge values displayed for the powers are wrong using either of the methods mentioned above. Is there some hidden way to show accurate, all-inclusive recharge values for powers!

The recharge displayed is only based on the enhancements in the power (and Alpha incarnates if you picked ones that improve recharge for your powers). It does not calculate the recharge with Global Recharge Boosts because that would require constant checking and updating. Global Recharge is also not constant, it changes depending on if you're being buffed/debuffed.

 

If you truly want to know your true recharge, you can use Pines. Or grab a pen and paper and bust out the math.
