Resistance Debuff Cap?

Good afternoon all,

I have a Radiation/Beam Rifle Defender and the build gives me a couple of attacks where I can use a -res IO proc.  I am curious what the maximum % is for resistance debuffs?

Enervating Field = -30%

Piercing Beam = -20%

Achilles Heel Proc (in Cutting Beam) = -20%

So that is -70%.  Can it get higher than this and is it worth it? Could add another Achille's to the nuke (when I get it) but maybe should just focus on damage  at this point?

Thanks in advance for the replies!

Fun fact: Piercing Beam's -20% res actually stacks with itself.
Achilles, Annihilation and Fury of the Gladiator -res procs do not stack however, even from multiple outside sources (ie. other players, slotted in other powers, etc.)

The resistance debuff cap is quite high, so high in fact that I wouldn't worry about it. The more you bring the better generally speaking, because it multiplies all incoming damage  on the target.

From the HCwiki, ported from Paragon Wiki:

-300%

So yes you're going to need several Sonics on the team

Never got to see one of the last theme groups my friends and I put together mature ... a bunch of Fire/Sonics, "Hot Feet and Hula Hoops", running together.  Invite 1 Fire/Kin or Kin/Fire 😎

Sonic/Sonic defender probably tops the list for a single character developed -resist.  Add in an epic that can take the -resist procs for extra debuffing.

Edit: Guesstimating that's going to be at or above -120 fairly consistently with peaks pushing -200.  (And that's without anything from Incarnates, like pets).

Edit 2:  And I'm totally forgetting Liquefy which can get silly with procs, including the -resist.  Small tactical nuke when laying that on something(s) after the resistance debuffing.
